The Pentagon Tuesday evening announced Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin’s approval of a request by U.S. Capitol Police for a two-month extension of National Guard troops through May 23.
The number of troops will be reduced, however, from approximately 5,000 to 2,300 between mid-March and late-May.

I think if tourists are there and walking around...the whole thing starts to resemble Bolivia or Peru. It’s now a joke.
9 months now of looting and rioting and looting in Seattle and Minneapolis and NYC but the only thing the Dems call out the guard for AND DEMAND THEY STAY was for a 3 hour riot that everyone peacefully dispersed for!
There’s only one direction this goes.
It may also be in preparation for the government takeover by Kamala Harris and the insane left-wing of the Democrats.
I may just have to go to DC and check out “ Ft Pelosi” for myself.
I hear they even have campaign ribbons to award to the stalwart troops that fought the Battle of Capitol Hill and remain under siege by lurking white supremacist militia...aka “ Trump voters”

I have come to believe the Left is readying yuge and monstrous action plans. Types that will cause people to say it's too far across the line to accept. Then trouble.
There has not been any unrest or blown up buildings from the people they are on guard against.
BUT plenty of Antifa and BLM violence, looting, burning and lasers shot into officer's eyes, for the past year and a half, including brand new outright threats if the "justice" system doesn't demolish the police in Saint George Floyd's case. Plus social justice moving too slowly under Biden according to Portland and Seattle leftists. More threats.
The 'chatter' must be incredible.
But to reduce the troops now with Chauvin possibly acquitted and St. Bre's 1-year BLaMiversary on Saturday, is to invite the Left back to Lafayette Park.
The democrats position on the border wall has often been misstated and misunderstood.
It turns out that they don't actually have an issue with the concept of a border wall itself.
They just didn't agree with the location of the wall President Trump built.
That's why they relocated the border wall from Texas to East Capitol Street in Washington, DC.

What do we do? The RINO soft bellied Georgetown cocktail and junket crowd will not fight, they LIKE Big Government largesse. Trillions to bail out people who helped the Steal.
I think the old guys in pickups who hunt deer and ducks who go to church on Sundays, who were those guys on the battlefield are not represented in government. Now or ever.
Until the Netflix goes off, the shelves are empty at Albertsons and there is no gasoline, NO ONE WILL DO ANYTHING.
Good post—I also think a lot of all the vets who fought (and the many who died and were wounded) so the tech billionaires and their Chinese allies could extinguish the republic on our shores.
They have all been betrayed.
