Whose fault is this? Mitch McConnell & Paul Ryan. They had TWO YEARS to codify protections against this kind of supreme stupidity into statutory law. They didn’t. Instead, they were too busy on giving conservative-hating corporations regulatory and tax relief.
So anyone who can’t afford the surgery (most of them) will now join the military, get the surgery, and spend the majority of their term on some form of disability while they recover and deal with medical issues. And this is aside from the service attracting large numbers of people with mental problems.
What a mess...
