Donald Trump is set to make his first trip to New York since leaving the White House amid an apparent rift with son-in-law Jared Kushner who the ex-president is said to be angry with over his election loss.
Trump is jetting back to the Big Apple this weekend after spending the last six weeks holed up at his Mar-a-Lago estate in Palm Beach, Florida, since he snubbed Joe Biden's inauguration on January 20.
News of his visit comes amid reports of escalating tensions between Trump and former White House Senior Adviser Jared in the days since they both left DC.

President Trump knows full well he did not lose the election, so I’m paying little attention to this.
I blame Kushner, too.
I hope Trump brings a good security team - and a good lawyer - with him. Because I wouldn’t be a damn bit surprised if some D New York judge issues an arrest warrant for Trump (for tax fraud, littering, etc.).
That’s just the way banana republics roll.
The Royal Couple undermined his entire Presidency.
Jared was the RINO, right? Trump is on the warpath against RINOs, rightfully so.
Kushner is a NY lib, as is Ivanka. I don’t know what PDJT expected of them. Apparently Jared did an excellent job with the Abraham Accord, but other than that I’m not impressed. A lot of people blame Javanka for some of PDJT’s poor choices with personnel, but that’s partially on Trump, too.
Right. These gaslighting Media newspuppets are nothing but liars.
But ... Trump did not lose, and he knows it. He isn’t in the Oval Office because of massive cheating and fraud. Why is he starting this blame game?
Doncha love all these news sources that claim they know the inner workings on the Trump family?
President Trump wouldn’t agree with Jared on many things as Jared and Ivanka are after all liberals.
But we all know Jared Kushner is not responsible for the non-transparent ballot stuffing by the rancid Dems.
Did Jared and others know they would be doing it? Probably, but not the lengths to which the Rats went and the sheer magnitude in attacking election integrity rules in the courts across states, the election night stoppages, etc.
There are people who OWN that and did not prepare for the electoral assault on America.
That’s not owned by Jared but the GOPe owns it.
He did lose. He is not POTUS.
One of the big problems was the legal ground game. Parscale has brought that up.
I suspect Trump thought he was going to win and didnt want to spend the money. Maybe this was Kushner’s idea but ultimately it was Trump’s decision. Had Bannon been around perhaps he would have been able to show Trump the necessity.
“Why is he starting this blame game?”
Did you see President Trump quoted? This is all blame-shifting and noise.
President Trump knows the Rat assault on election integrity did him in.
I could not have said it better - pure gaslighting
The fake news never ends.
The Daily Mail is a good source of unvarnished information when there is a terrorist attack, but otherwise they are one step away from the Natiobal Inquirer. They don’t hesitate to make stuff up about the Royals, celebrities and UK politicians, so we shouldn’t be surprised when they wrote fiction about President Trump. Sensationalism sells and they know they will never be sued.
Trump’s problem were always his associates, most of whom were just hangers on. His daughter is a lib, what does that say for Jared? Had Trump, had confidantes who were loyal he would have won the election. Just look at his appointments, Session, McMaster, Kelly, Mattis, Wray, Chou, kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Barrett, etc. disasters all.
By September Trump knew very well there would be huge numbers of paper ballots marked, collected and cast in major urban areas. His failure to organize teams to secure the vote and examine those paper ballots closely cost him the election.
The odds a news article will accurately report what Trump said or thinks is probably less than 1 percent.
When I see a commenter writing as if it must be true I wonder how they can be so gullible
