Water?
“If you put the federal government in charge of the Sahara Desert, in 5 years there’d be a shortage of sand.”
Milton Friedman
Maybe we can get some from Mars.
Guess again.
Sand is silica dioxide. Oxygen and Silica are two most abundant elements on Earth. The article is cod swallop.
Jimmy Hoffa?
Dumbest article I’ve seen all year.
‘Sand Mines’???
Use old beer bottles.
You win.
Why do you say that? There are about 8 billion people in the world.
BillG has some lakefront property in Medina which has a sandy beach.
Bill’s Property manager has that shipped in special from St Lucia for him every year.
besides the vaccine thing is just “Philanthropy”
There are a lot of people who are running, partnering with and employed by these Philanthropic Foundations and drug companies.
Bill does not have time to be involved with the minutia involved with all these operations.
He just wants to make the earth better for the children.
There’s a shortage of everything right now.
Folks who are building know this.
Folks who are Project Managers with construction know this.
Food is also starting to show signs of shortages.
What happens when Communism moves to the dessert?
Answer: At first nothing...but then you start to see a shortage of sand.
Yeah, right.
I hear there is a shortage of windows, the local builders say you can have a house built but it won’t have any windows.
WTF?
Glass is recyclable.🙄
*** Too bad some manufacturer wouldn’t consider buying sand from a place like Syria. They could use the processing jobs. Another plus, it would have nothing to do with Opium Poppies. ***
The US has about 450 sanctions against Syria, so buying sand is probably in there somewhere. Of course there may be no sanction against stealing their sand, akin to US theft of oil, and wheat there.
The only Poppy Fields I know of are in the Turkish controlled areas of Syria. The Beqqa Valley of Lebanon grows some poppies, but Afghanistan is where the most production is.
I was thinking that there are cultures and geographical areas that won’t be obsessed with covid and vaccines. The US is obsessed with covid and vaccines.
I’ve heard that too.
Same goes for conduit and cable for electrical work or communications.
