Governor Jim Justice (R-WV) said Thursday on CNN’s “Inside Politics” that Govs. Greg Abbott (R-TX) and Tate Reeves (R-MS) scrapping mask mandates was “a macho thing.”
Anchor John King said, “You had an executive order last month, governor. You’re considering additional relaxation of some of the restrictions, but there is still a requirement for face coverings in West Virginia, in most places, especially indoors in crowds. Do you think it’s time to drop the mask mandate, or do you think the president is right?”

So?
We need more macho in this country.
This country is too infested with skinny jeans wearing, pierced, latte drinking, soy boys.
Is there any Conclusive Hard Science demonstrating a diaper over your face will prevent the transmission of a respiratory virus???
And what is wrong with that?
Yeah, and wearing one is a pussified thing.
As I understand it, he is a former Rat, no doubt a party change that enabled him to get elected in WV
Texas Ping.
WV picks some real winners. /s
Liberals ran from the Soviets. They ran from the VC and NVA. They ran from Nicaragua. They ran from foreign invaders from Mexico. They ran behind razor wire in DC and put the people they hate (the NGs) out to protect them. They are cowards.
Expect them always to act like cowards, and thus, bullies.
I always thought Neanderthals were kinda macho!
Why do they keep forgetting to mention Florida?
TX and MS are just catching up with us!
There is no longer any doubt about that!
Just because a State no longer has a Mask Mandate does not mean
you can’t wear one. If you feel comfortable wearing one, wear one.
And if you don’t feel comfortable going to eat at a restaurant that is
fully open for business, don’t go out and dine in.
Hey Jim Justice, how about you worry about gettin ‘lectricity and indoor plumbing to your backwards ass state instead of what anyone else is doing you damned gapped tooth hillbilly.
The ONLY ‘science’ I am aware of etc is that though I do wear around my neck (just so I can say I have it on), once my nose and mouth are covered, I suffer SEVERE respiratory problems...
If approached, I will not argue with the person telling me but mention my respiratory problem and have yet to be challenged.
I do plan on asking to speak to manager if the ‘checker’ persists and again, not argue, just ask them if they are aware of ADA etc.
I fondly recall being considered a social pariah when I ‘demanded/requested’ people keep an arms length from me.
My, how times have changed...
Can he say “Macho’ without appropriation????
Why would Gov Justice go on a cable channel that doesn't serve the voters of his state?
Going on CNN is a RINO thing...

Regarding questionable quarantines and masks, citizens in all states need to work with their state lawmakers to make the following changes to their state constitutions regarding quarantines imo.
State constitutions need to be amended to put time limits on lockdowns and on the mandatory wearing of masks.
State constitutions also need to be amended to make state health and environmental protection officials elected by popular vote.
Constitutionally time-limited lockdowns and limited mask requirements need to automatically trigger special recall elections for governors, mayors and disaster officials who order lockdowns and mask wearing, also state lawmakers.
Finally, constitutions need to require people planning to run for state and local offices to escrow a refundable "recall deposit" before becoming a candidate, the deposit fully paying in advance for their possible recall elections if they are elected, amounts determined by law.
If I support the no mask policy, does that make me macha?
