Slavers gotta keep ‘em on the plantation.
The plan is working as designed.
Absolutely right.
And they will always blame Whitey for their self-inflicted failures.
Nobody seems too concerned about the effects this crap has on white children.
That’s The Plan........................
“Stupidity was as necessary as intelligence, and as difficult to attain.”
― George Orwell, 1984
Bottom line: Wherever you originate, you either have the capacity and disposition for rugged individualism to prosper or you follow the herd over the cliff.
“Slavers gotta keep ‘em on the plantation.”
The State requires the prole population.
Suggested reading for all:
1984
Animal Farm
Brave New World
Fahrenheit 451
Atlas Shrugged.
Every time I read about this stuff, Kurt Vonnegut’s “Harrison Bergeron” comes to mind.
Minority? For students under the age of 16, blacks combined with Hispanics constitute a majority or at least a plurality.
When will Blacks and other minorities in this country realize White leftists don’t want them to be empowered and successful on their own!
That's nature. That's the way it is.
Apologies to Samuel Johnson:
“Sir, [some protected group doing math] is like a dog's walking on his hind legs. It is not done well; but you are surprised to find it done at all.”

Crippled but voting for the Left that crippled them ... dumbing down people to get clients who must have those that dumbed them down.
There’s a saying that in democracy it’s your vote than counts where in feudalism it’s your count that votes.
With progressivism it’s your vote for the progressives that lets you become and remain a serf.
Excellent question, and it’s time for them to wake up.
> Is there anything worse for black K-12 students who want to become engineers than teachers who think they can’t meet the same standards as their classmates? <
The article is filled with good points. But I take issue with the above quote. It’s not the teachers who think black kids “can’t meet the same standards”. It’s the local schools boards, and the state departments of education.
I taught in urban schools for decades. And I’ve never met a teacher who thought that way. (I’m sure they exist. But I’ve never met one. And I’ve known hundreds of teachers.)
Now, the school board and the supervisors - they are another story. They’ll parrot the importance of high standards. But they do not want to accept any fallout when teachers apply those high standards.
Heck, we got harassed just for applying reasonable standards. Supervisors want the passing rate to be as high as possible. That’s how they get their bonuses, and their promotions. When I retired, my district had this policy: the minimum grade that you can give on any test is 50%. Kid signs his name on the paper, then goes to sleep. 50%. So now all that kid needs to is score 70% somewhere else (maybe on a group project), and he passes.
And then when Johnny can’t read, it’s the teacher’s fault.
Seriously!!!
Surely the parents in NYC have more election year votes than the total number of school bureaucrats up to the highest educational office in the state.
So why don’t the parents petition NYC to fire activist school bureaucrats?
Starting the petition in an election year may help.
Starting any petition in an election year may help even more.
Patriots need to start learning to run the country with election year petitions imo.
The big elephant in the room is the implication that ability in STEM MAY have a genetic component like athletic ability does.
This is the big reason for the push for equity. For instance, most women are not going to be fulfilled as engineers. I know several that are, and are dang good at it, but pushing a girl who has the ability but not the drive into a STEM field will lead to a pissed off burned out adult that has an expensive education doing something she hates.
Same if you said I could be a pro golfer. I would not be good at it and hate it too.
