He was signing EO’s and said, “I don’t know what the Hell I’m signing.”. Harris said, “Sing it anyway.”. And, he did. So, who is bombing Syria? Who is negotiating with Iran? Who really canceled the pipeline? We probably won’t know for fifty years.
