President Joe Biden is reportedly weighing executive gun control on “ghost guns,” a term Democrats use to describe firearms that can be built from kits or 80 percent frames/lowers.
On Tuesday Politico reported that Biden wants to make good on this campaign promise to pursue gun control and sees executive action in targeted areas as the way to do it.

Under Federal Law an 80% lower is not a firearm. An executive order won’t change that.
Sleepy Joe should issue an executive order that requires criminals to obey gun laws and other laws now on the books. Oh yeah, they would ignore that just like they ignore any law. Instead, Joe, punish those who obey the laws.

Biden is beginning to tread on dangerous ground. People who tinker around with things like building a gun do not commit crimes. Biden is concerned more about image than really doing something. He is a giant phoney!

We are beyond rule of law. We are living in an authoritarian nation, ruled by decree. It has been in high gear since the last year.
He can issue any law he wants and courts will shrug and let it stand.
Obama’s DACA was blatantly illegal by it’s very title. “Deferred action on Childhood Arrivals”.
That was simply Obama declaring he would not execute the law as written no ,atter what it said. When the next president, Trump, issued his own order rescinding it, the courts struck it down and said Obama’s unlawful decree cannot be changed.
Watch him ban anything he wants. And Trump’s order declaring bump stocks as machine guns despite all law to the contrary even gives Biden legal cover.
Just watch.

And it’s not a given that I gave them in order.
And a bump stock isn’t a machine gun either. But here we are. The dictatorship in DC does as it pleases.
