Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked on Monday when President Joe Biden will address the White House press corps independently.
“By this time in their presidencies, both President Donald Trump and President Obama had held solo press conferences. Are there plans for President Biden to hold a solo press conference any time soon?” CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins asked.

If Plugs the Emperor holds a “press conference” (getting all the T-ball questions and answers ahead of time), it will still have to be only a 10 minute press conference—max. He is senile, cognitively impaired, frail, constantly confused, and is also a baseline DUMB@SS. He can’t possibly last more than 10 minutes without going completely off the rails.
The Constitution only says that the President shall from time to time address the Congress on the state of the Union. Past Presidents did it by written letter; live addresses are relatively recent, and have become traditional.
But we all know how much the Democrats care for tradition...
Joe will send his written. Or will tape it and it will edited to make him look as lucid as possible and we will be told due to Covid he has to broadcast from the WH Bunker and in addition we will be told it’s live, except Joe will already be in bed.

The Constitution only requires a “State of the Union” written report be submitted by the President to Congress from “time to time”.
Up until the advent of mass communications (radio/television), Presidents just sent a written “State of the Union” report to the Speaker of the House and President pro temp of the Senate!
Only after radio/television came about did the President give the SOTU report as a speech. Even then, the President still officially gives a written copy of the speech/report directly to the Speaker and the VP prior to speaking.
Just like how more often than not Heels Up is visible standing in the back when Xiden speaks. Less often Jill is present to greet him at the edge of the stage.
