While all of the nine points in the plan are good, DeSantis and the Legislature are ignoring three 'camels under the tent'---

1. No excuse mail-in voting is much less secure than in-person voting where a person has to show ID and sign the register. What is next after 'no excuse mail-in voting' becomes the predominant voting scheme in all 50 states? Will smart phone voting be next????

2. No requirement to show proof of citizenship when registering to vote. How many non-citizens are already voting?

3. No periodic cleanup of the voter registration rolls. Why shouldn't we have the requirement that every voter has to re-register every five years or so?

... and the 4th:

4. No trial, conviction, and sentencing to be publicly hanged for conducting a fraudulent election. (It’s the only way to stop Demonicrats/DeepStaters for what they will continue to do.)

Is this Desantos’ attempt to get his name in print? Is it just lip service? I am so weary of our Republican ‘leaders’.

Here are the points I was able to discern in listening to the video.

https://citizenfreepress.com/breaking/desantis-issues-9-point-plan-for-election-integrity/

1. No ballot harvesting
2. No unsolicited mailing of ballots
3. Absentee ballots by request only and signature matching
4. No drop boxes
5. No money by special interests to Election Supervisors
6. Signature matching done under oversight of political party
7. Real time election turnout numbers so they know when polls close the exact number of voters.

I missed the other two points.

Florida’s voting was well run, clean and had numerous safeguards.

This presents a big issue to the “IZ nots VOtINGZ no MOAR!!!!” crowd.

After all, if the lizard people could have rigged Florida, then PA, AZ, WI and GA wouldn’t have mattered at all.

Florida’s voting wasn’t rigged. It was among the best run in the nation, so what’s your malfunction about making a good system even better?

Trump and DeSantis in one state - what a team.

Rush would have made the Trifecta - what a loss.

I have a one point plan.

Declare the Democratic Party a criminal enterprise.

All Democratic Party officials and officers go directly to jail.

As punishment for their cheating the party is permanently banned.

No need for #3 if my idea is implemented:

All voters must register again for each election.

None of this crap where someone who initially registered to vote in the 1920 election is still on the voter rolls in 2021 even though he died in 1990.

You obviously don’t live in Florida or you’d know that DeSantis is the real deal.

The liberals and Dems here hate him with a passion, almost as much as they hate Trump.

How about no Mail in Ballots and you need a photo ID to vote (which can be provided for free by the city if for some reason you don’t have a drivers license)

I have a one point plan.

Why bother with elections at all?

If voter registration is at the state level and death certificates are registered with the state then wouldn't it make more sense for someone at the state level compare list A with list B?

I wish they would add:

a. no reporting of election data until all precincts in the state have reported complete. Then and only then are vote totals reported to the state; any precinct that reported complete and either is not complete or fails to report within 60 minutes is barred from having any votes counted by law by the legislature - prevents Rat infested cities holding back votes waiting to see how many they need.

b. all elections must have a comprehensive forensic audit immediately following each election and must be completed prior to certification. Audit must be comprehensive with the objective to identifying all sources of fraud (double voters, dead voters, invalid addresses, non-matching signatures, under age voters, out of state voters, machine fraud). The State AG is directed, by law, to prosecute each and every case of voter fraud. Voter / election frauds are to be felonies, with mandatory jail time, heavy fines, and permanent loss of voting rights. If the amount of fraud discovered could change an election result, the election cannot be certified. All State election officials shall be terminated, and the legislature shall appoint new officials to manage the correction process and any revote. They shall serve until new election officials can be elected. For Federal offices, the legislature is directed to select and certify the winner. For State offices, the voting roles must be cleansed of the voters who are fraudulent, the issues allowing the fraud to occur resolved, and a revote shall be scheduled within whatever is an appropriate timeframe.

c. any precinct that cannot match vote totals and actual documented voters thereby showing an imbalance prevents that precinct from being certified. Non-certified precincts shall never be counted and included in the States voting totals. All election officials involved shall be immediately terminated, barred from future election offices, and referred to the AG to investigate if criminal charges shall also be made.

I’m sure there are many other elements that must be addressed, but election integrity needs accuracy, comprehensive auditing, and serious consequences for wrong doing by officials and individuals who execute fraud and those who allow fraud to take place.

How about re-register everyone every 2 years...or 5 or something. Registration is a big issue in many states.

Voter registration is at the County level in Florida.

Don’t know about death certificates as I have not died yet.
