Close the public schools for good. There will be plenty of cheap corporate real estate available for neighborhood charter schools to open up.

That is great!

private school your children with friends.

demand tax relief from school tax burden.

Tear apart the hold that the government schools have had on citizens

I guess they’ve discovered they can indoctrinate kids remotely too.

The democrat America is looking great!

No school, no jobs, higher energy prices, higher taxes, more illegals using more public resources and taking entry level jobs, inflation, and we will lie in bed with our enemies.

But at least we will all be woke and understand how evil we really are just because.

At some point, should have all ready happened, if schools are not opened, the percentage of school tax that funds teacher salaries, should be returned to the tax payers and teachers laid off without pay.

That will change the teacher’s union song and dance.

No point. I believe that just as the lockdowns have made massive WFH a reality, they have also ushered in the widespread acceptance of home schooling.

Just yesterday our 11 year old grandaughter (she’s snowed in with us) had to get an assignment from a teacher and it was so goofy that my wife went to Khanacademy with my grandaughter to get more info. Frankly, the lesson in Khanacademy made the public school lesson look, quite literally, useless. So why even bother with it. Just go to the internet sites and REALLY teach your kids, in a few years rather than 12?

Yep, I want my rebate back because schools were never really opened in 2020.

Sounds like she is planning on opening the death camps sooner rather than later.

We home schooled and did dual enrollment at the local college. Kid started college classes at 15. Graduated HS with an Associate’s Degree. Well worth it if families can do it.

Dem run school boards in New Mexico are following her lead. Look at how the largest one in the state has nixed school sports that were postponed from the fall to the spring: Football, soccer, volleyball and cross country.

APS decision is devastating to sidelined athletes (ABQ NM schools prohibit student sports for remainder of Spring Semester)

She’s projecting her home state of California. The overwhelming majority of children there haven’t been in a classroom since March 13, 2020.

“demand tax relief from school tax burden.”

How about a tax payer revolt and refuse to pay the outlandish school tax part of our yearly tax burden.
