Specifically, the new standards, which will take effect in 2025, define a culturally responsive educator as, among other things, one who will “critically think about the institutions in which they find themselves, working to reform these institutions whenever and wherever necessary,” as well as one who will “assess how their biases and perceptions affect their teaching practice and how they access tools to mitigate their own behavior (racism, sexism, homophobia, unearned privilege, Eurocentrism, etc.).”
“Culturally responsive teachers and leaders understand that there are systems in our society that create and reinforce inequities, thereby creating oppressive conditions,” the standards state. “Educators work actively against these systems in their everyday roles in educational institutions.”

I don’t see any action to combat antisemitism or antichristian or antitheist attitudes in schools.

It doesn’t matter if a kid’s ancestors came from Africa or China. We don’t follow African or Chinese laws and customs here. So I guess I was and still am guilty of ‘Eurocentrism’
Of all the interlocking Marxist takeover elements, one which had a solution that went neglected is the K-12 school system.
Although my wife and I were not blessed with children, I know the parents around us just let the teachers and administrators and unions run on automatic pilot ——heading into Leftist brainwashing. Neglect of parent-teacher or community meetings led to more and more leftist nonsense about “how awful America has always been.”
College kids’ parents in their 40s-55 or so already were taught the lies and think it’s noble to parrot them.
Lesson plans, exam booklets and textbooks will say "Made in China." Is that close enough?

Don't look now but the Left is coming for faith based school accreditation removal and same for home schooling.
I use that same explanation. The truth is what it is- our language, culture, forms of government, are products of Western Europe. I would and do say the US is the penultimate product of the Enlightenment.
