Yep, too cold to suit us but it’s still a little warmer than y’all are dealing with. Saturday can’t come soon enough with its 40 degrees.

I have a feeling Li’l Bit was at least a part-time inside kitty before she was dumped. Even the first time you got her in when she was spayed, she was comfortable with it.
Not having anyone to snuggle with to share body-heat, I’m sure she’s very grateful to be warm at night. It’s awfully cold.

I have a friend who gave me Canadian maple syrup in the container like the one at the top of the thread. It was delicious!

Good! Glad you haven’t had to deal with power outages. We’ve been lucky, too, though areas close by have had problems.

If you’re 20 degrees warmer than TX, you’re probably warmer than we are.

Well, if purring is any indication, she is very content to be in a warm snuggy spot with plenty of food and water and her very own littler box. LOL!

You will warm up the day after we do. It was supposed to be warmer on Wednesday, but it’s been pushed back to Friday. But after the warmth, the roads will refreeze overnight and be VERY slick. As you know from experience. :)

She’s a cat. Of course she’s happy to be warm, have a soft bed, plenty to eat, and a little lovin’. LOL It doesn’t get much better than that.

It was supposed to be in the 40s tomorrow but the forecast changed a couple of days ago. We’ll barely break freezing. Even if we do, there’ll be little thawing because the clouds are going to remain until Sat. We’ll get more rain/sleet/snow tomorrow night into Thurs. and stay in the 20s Fri.

I doubt there’ll be a Republican women’s meeting Thurs. but if by some fluke we’re able to get out and about, I’d better get to work on the presentation I’m supposed to give. It won’t be a long one but requires a lot of reading to put it together. Guess I need to hop to it.

I don’t think one snowflake has melted here. We had a huge amount suspended on the edge of our roof. I wonder if hubby knocked it down as I asked him to...so no one or no kitty would get hurt.
