White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Tuesday that President Joe Biden has not ruled out using executive orders for gun control.
When asked if Biden still intended to use executive action on gun control – a vow made during his campaign – Psaki responded, “The president has a range of actions at his disposal … he hasn’t ruled out either of those options.”
Biden’s campaign website boasted about his record working with legislative and executive actions during the Obama administration, pointing to “two dozen actions” the administration took after Biden was tasked with heading gun control measures.
Biden’s campaign website also stated, “Biden will also use his executive authority to ban the importation of assault weapons,” in addition to working with Congress to “ban the manufacture and safe of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.”

I’m 63 and I won’t live long enough to see that happen.

He can ban all the IMPORTATION of weapons he wants. Mine was made in the good ole USA, back when it was a free country.

I too agree with you. The Supreme Court has already shown whose they are on. And it ain’t the side of the Constitution. The two cases they agreed to hear on the election fraud are not going anywhere. It is o.k. for the Democrat Party to steal every election held from this point forward. While the Republicans raise the hem if their skirts and chant, “There was no fraud” Hopefully, they don’t smear their lipstick.
They are bound and determined to drive us to a civil war.
They are too stupid to realize it.
What they DO intend to do is make criminals out of all firearm owner who will refuse to comply with unconstitutional acts.
Then, under a veneer of legality, to paraphrase Beria, for every man, they will have a crime.
We have gun owners in Massachusetts too, more than you think.
If you want to use Massachusetts as an object example of what can happen when you mandate one party rule, as they have for decades in this state, that is a valid blanket statement to make.
And a cautionary tale to our country.

Biden also won’t rule out filling his Depends during a live press conference.

Where is the effing Military?
If you’re 63, then you’ve been around long enough to see much of it happen since 2001 with respect to the Second Amendment. We have Republicans and the NRA to thank for that. You know that our rights to keep and bear arms were violated much more before then.
And Congress won’t expand the SCOTUS allowing Biden to appoint more judges?
That really helped when the vote fraud issue came up...
In any case, if the SCOTUS frustrates any of their ambitions Look to Congress expand the court allowing Biden/Harris/whoever to appoint more judges.
