White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Tuesday that President Joe Biden has not ruled out using executive orders for gun control.
When asked if Biden still intended to use executive action on gun control – a vow made during his campaign – Psaki responded, “The president has a range of actions at his disposal … he hasn’t ruled out either of those options.”
Biden’s campaign website boasted about his record working with legislative and executive actions during the Obama administration, pointing to “two dozen actions” the administration took after Biden was tasked with heading gun control measures.
Biden’s campaign website also stated, “Biden will also use his executive authority to ban the importation of assault weapons,” in addition to working with Congress to “ban the manufacture and safe of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.”

That’s good because it would quickly be declared unconstitutional and the complete lack of compliance would scare the crap out of the left.
fixed it.

Good luck with all that. These people might as well get their dose of reality sooner rather than later.
By failing to address blatant voter fraud, I believe the SCOTUS will punt on this as well. Will likely refuse to hear arguments and push it to the states.

How many of your people are you ready to sacrifice Joe?
Don’t like guns? Move to Massachusetts. :-)
It’ll be just as effective, meaning not at all.
America....... 2nd Amendment!!!

You would think this would be something important, and right in their wheel house. But I agree, the SCOTUS seems to have decided that their role is to agree with the ruling party, and protect Democrats no matter which party is in control.
Let’s see you jump, Froggy Joe.
Yeah.
Right.
The Roberts Court would strike it down immediatly.
/sarc, if you can’t tell.
The lack of compliance might actually be what they’re looking for. Just look at what they have do with Jan 06 non-incident.
Or his dementia. I’m thinking that every one of these EO’s can be challenged due to his diminished mental state.
Not a good idea, Joe.

Stroke of the pen, law of the land. Kinda cool.
Except that Executive Orders, if not well founded in existing law to some extent, are probably one of the easiest of actions to reverse on judicial review.
If in fact the Federal judiciary is doing its job. We have no certainty of that situation prevailing.
And I won’t rule out ignoring it under the 2nd amendment.
