An animated and furious Nancy Pelosi crashed House impeachment managers' post-trial press conference in a rage She lashed out at Mitch McConnell and called Republicans 'cowardly' for voting to stop Donald Trump from being convicted for 'incitement of insurrection'

'It had not been my intention to come to this press availability,' Pelosi said 'But what we saw today was a cowardly group of Republicans who apparently have no options because they were afraid to... respect [Congress]' McConnell argued in floor remarks after voting to acquit Trump Saturday, that Congress didn't have the jurisdiction to go after a former president Nancy Pelosi crashed the House impeachment manager's post-trial press conference Saturday to rage against Mitch McConnell and call out Republicans' 'cowardly' vote to stop Donald Trump from being convicted for 'incitement of insurrection'.

'It had not been my intention to come to this press availability,' Pelosi said as she spoke to reporters on the fifth and final day of the Senate proceedings. 'But what we saw today was a cowardly group of Republicans who apparently have no options because they were afraid to defend their job – respect the institution in which they serve.'
'But why I came over was because I listened to Mitch McConnell,' Pelosi continued. McConnell took the Senate floor shortly after Democrats failed to earn the two-thirds votes needed to convict the former president – and the Republican leader argued Congress no longer had jurisdiction over Trump's actions because is no longer president.
>snip> 'I don't know if it was for donors, or what, or whatever it was, it was a very disingenuous speech and I say that regretfully because I always want to be able to work with the leadership of the other party,' the California Democrat added.

I disagree. Pelosi has enormous skills and powers. She has mobilized the destruction of the country and the manipulations of the press

The Dem House managers and their media have got to stop saying this was a “bipartisan vote”, it was NOT.

A Bipartisan vote is when you have both parties voting on either side of the issue, this did not have that.

It’s like how Dems use the word compromise. To them, compromise is when 100% of the Dems vote the same way and a few Republicans buckle under and vote with them.

BTW, which lawyers had their houses invaded by insurrectionist mobs? Not the Dem lawyers and Dem leaders who incited this. The media sure is quiet on this mob action.

"Pelosi has enormous skills and powers. She has mobilized the destruction of the country and the manipulations of the press"

She degraded the Constitution twice to no avail. That does not take "enormous skill", it takes enormous blundering! A complete misread of her lack of Senatorial control and the complete failure of her hand-chosen House Impeachment Managers. Twice.

Don't you understand she has compromised her only chance of removing Xiden? He will reject her 25A Committee and tell them: "Cmon man! Pass your own damn tests first! You can't!" And he's right, they can't! Need more proof than her harridan freakout yesterday? How about her fellow 25A Committeeman Shuck Fumer moving Harvey The Rabbit out of his special chair at the 1st Impeachment. Look at Patty Murray agog at what she had just witnessed from the Minority Leader of the United States Senate LOFL.

As for the "manipulations of the press", even the mainstreamest #MSM served her up like a Christmas goose when she went full Marie Antoinette with the $20 ice cream in the $25,000 Subzero freezer at peak lockdown, not to mention her breaking COVID protocol getting her helmet-head waxed at an SF parlor.

Maybe you all should ask yourselves why you are so easily impressed...

Oh, look, Nazi Pelosi hasn’t let go of her entirely political vendetta against Trump yet. I guess her Stalinist show trial didn’t go the way she wanted. I’m sure she’ll respond by trying to become even more authoritarian and use even more amendments to the Constitution as toilet paper in the future. Can’t have any dissent from the political persecutions and purges after all.

All I can do is laugh out loud because the whole thing is so ludicrous! Does she even realize what an embarrassment she is?

“Amazingly not only do we find that there is a specific titer of antibody that is predictive of severe disease, but all the three methods came to the exact same range of titers,” she said.

Severe disease can happen with any dengue infection but is more common on the second.

Harris and her colleagues found that when antibody levels fell to a certain point in children who had been previously infected, they were at greater risk of having severe dengue disease if they were again infected. In fact, for children whose antibodies fell to within this low range — a sort of anti-sweet spot — the risk was nearly eight times higher than for other children.

In contrast, higher antibody levels were protective against severe illness.

As fast and visceral as this response was, it makes me wonder if McConnell (or some GOPe) had made a deal with her to convict if she would impeach or some such.

Yesterday’s vote marked the end of McConnell’s influence in GOP politics.

She was probably drunk and she seems like a nasty drunk.

Come on man! The old broad isn't completely worthless. She can always serve as a bad example.

We need to start replacing Democrats at work. Otherwise, they’ll purge us all. They don’t need more money and time to contribute to their NGOs and politicians.

I disagree, at least as an American. For the world, no. They wouldn’t care.

I agree with your historic comparisons, but I was speaking of American history and how this will be remembered in our nation. This is the first time impeachment has been used completely, with absolutely zero basis in reality or fact, with no evidence of any type of illegality or lawbreaking, as a simple political tool of prosecution against a sitting President.

That, coupled with this blatant and outright fraud of an election, are two things that are a harbinger of dissolution for our nation.

That may not happen next year or even in forty years, but it is the seed of what is coming unless some way is found to turn this around.

Very likely, our debt and economic factors will do us as a nation in first, but this is part and parcel of that.

They won’t stop their political persecutions until they’ve crushed all real opposition to their agenda (they’ll permit a mostly powerless controlled opposition of anti-conservative Republicans to exist but without much relevance). They want Trump to be an example to any other champion of the little Americans who might want to stand up and oppose the DC and globalist power structure.
