She also eliminates her competition, sometimes by moving them out of the House (just a month ago - bye, Cedric Richmond!), sometimes by primary defeat (bye, Blue Dogs!), mostly by promising them small beer (hello, The Squat!).
Her only real competition since '03 is Hoyer, and now he's too old to be anything other than her dopey sidekick.
