Eeeeeeeew! I hope you were able to clean him up in the bathroom after he rolled in the poo. A stinky ride home otherwise.

Yep, I reckon we’ll all be gearing up for the frigid blast next week. The whole country, even Hawaii, will get hit. We certainly aren’t looking forward to it. We don’t like the cold temps we have now. LOL We’ll be dealing with snow showers 24 hours from now.

Haircut and duck food and in for the weekend.

But lots of work to do...not hard, just time consuming.

Well darn. At least you get to get out of the house for a bit and get coiffed. :-)

Are all the ducks coming back yet or still just a few every couple of days? Poor duckies who are missing out on good meals at your house. It can’t be easy to find food right now with the snow and ice on the ground.
It looked so cold up there today with the snow and hoarfrost on the trees. It was foggy on and off at the airport and even snowed a little.

We’re supposed to have snow showers tomorrow night into Sun. morning.

Only about a dozen of late...they are still spooked, and the “visitors” must be going somewhere else. The “homies” are oldtimers as they come right up to the deck the minute I go out.

It snowed here just a bit.

Are you getting any warmth during the day at all? Still looking at snow, I see.

That’s quite a decrease in your feathered dinner guests. I hope those who haven’t been showing up are getting by ok. Your “homies” apparently don’t spook as easily and aren’t about to miss meals. LOL I hope that owl doesn’t get one of them.

So you got some snow, too, huh? Sometimes you do and sometimes you don’t when they get it at the airport. It was a crazy weather day up there.

We aren’t that warm during the day but it hasn’t been real cold. We’ve had a lot of 40s during the day but it gets cold at night. 25 here right now and 20s have been pretty much the story all week.
More rain coming in tomorrow evening and it’ll change over to snow. Not a heavy hit though. Next week, when the frigid air dives down, more snow is forecast.

We’ve had an easy winter so far but knew we wouldn’t get all the way through without some bitter cold. We just hope it doesn’t last long. We’re kinda spoiled. LOL

I've got the rockin' pneumonia, and I need a shot of rhythm and blues.

Just heard some sad music news. Golden Earring is hanging it up after 60 years, due to guitarist George Kooymans being diagnosed with ALS.

((Hugs Back, Kathy!))   Hope you're keeping warm, and not turning blue from the cold up there!

Here's a couple more "quarantine" songs for you.

"I'm Blue (The Gong Gong Song)" - The Ikettes

"Dream A Little Dream of Me" - Doris Day

And, for anyone feeling blue right now, here's a little pick-me-up song.

"Mairzy Doats" - The Merry Macs

And, finally, for anyone who has about 20 minutes or so to spare, here's a fun little bit of nostalgia that I bumped into while searching around out there, which you can play on your smartphone.

      "The Dial Comes To Town"
