Lin Wood is crazy. Pence is no traitor, he did not have the authority to set aside the certified electoral votes for president. That would’ve been a conflict of interest beyond all imagining

Long read from an insider (see #5) about the Heritage Foundation. Myself, I could stop at the beginning with mention of the Fabian Society, but there is so much more. Small excerpt:

“Council For National Policy - The Vile Heritage Agenda

By Charlotte Iserbyt

The Treasonous Heritage Foundation Agenda

1. Stuart Butler, Fabian Socialist from UK, arrived at Heritage in 1980 and was involved in FIRST effort to craft socialized health care legislation.

2. Heritage Foundation’s Richard Allen drafted the North American Free Trade Agreement
... ...
5. Heritage Foundation’s Edwin Meese, with Caspar Weinberger, former cabinet official, was deeply involved in the White House Private Sector Initiative (corporate fascism) in 1981 (merger of the public and private sector). I, Charlotte [Iserbyt, author], served as U.S. Dept. of Education liaison to that unconstitutional White House initiative.

Waaaay to go there Mickie! Time to cash in and “prove” (cough-cough) your conservative bonafides. Heritage is going to be so happy to be back in their usual place amongst the other old legacy conservative think tanks. They always write a good game, but never accomplish anything. If they play thier cards right they might even get invited to the swanky DC cocktail parties again.

The Q dogma is strong when a lifelong conservative like Pence is branded a traitor.

Shame......

A long held rule for constitutional interpretation which was created by the Supreme Court is that the constitution cannot be read in such a manner as to have no effect.

Every sentence in the Constitution must contribute to the body of law, and if a sentence is read in such a way as to have no effect, this is an incorrect interpretation.

What you are saying is that the clause of the Constitution which requires the Vice President to count the electoral votes must be read in such a manner as to have no effect.

The Vice President counts the votes. He can reject votes that are in contention, and he should have done so.

Okay, thanks.

I didn’t see how it could be taken another way, even after
going back and looking at it.
