Education secretary nominee Miguel Cardona appears for confirmation hearing and answers questions from Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky.
“If you’re confirmed, will you enforce that Office of Civil Rights opinion?” Paul wondered.
“I understand that there are a lot of concerns about that. If confirmed, it’s my responsibility and my privilege to make sure that we’re following civil rights of all students, and that includes activities that they may engage in in high school or athletics,” Cardona replied.
Paul then asked, “What do you think in general of boys running in girls’ track meets like they’ve been doing in Connecticut?” — “Do you worry about having boys run in girls’ track meets?”
“I think it’s appropriate – I think it’s the legal responsibility for schools to provide opportunities for students to participate in activities and this includes students who are transgender,” Cardona said.
Paul, pressed, “So you don’t have a problem then, of boys running in the girls’ track meets, swimming meets, you name it, you’re OK then with boys competing with girls?”
“Respectfully, senator, I believe I answered the question,” Cardona scoffed.
“I think the fact that you seem to be afraid to answer the question, or you basically do answer the question by saying it’s OK without saying it’s OK, really is a statement to real problem we have and a disconnect between middle America and what most Americans actually believe,” Paul said.
“Who are these people that think it’s okay? From what planet are you from?”

Reminds me of the scene in Dodgeball where Vince Vaughn’s team gets their uniforms mixed up with another delivery.
They have to play in S&M gear.
As I recall, she was an Olympic medalist.
I was amazed that at least 300 high school boys are faster.
The only women’s sport worth watching is figure skating, ice dancing, etc. At the Olympic games.

The solution to this is to have more categories of competition than just simply male and female. The one freak in each of the newly invented category (other than male and female) can get their first place medal competing against others who are like them because likely there will be only one in that particular category. It will be sort of like a participation award.
It’s telling that the Left has never, as far as I know, clamored for a tranny category for sports on its own, so the trannies could indeed participate in sports. They only wanted to infiltrate girls sports, with the predictable results.
Question:
Why don’t we see women competing in men’s sports?
Answer:
Because women can’t compete physically.....
But yet this so-called Dr. believes it’s fair for men to compete against women.

Think about physically dominant male athletes in the past:
Jim Thorpe to Bo Jackson. They are rare and only come along once in a great while. By putting boys-identifying-as-girls onto women’s sports teams you are effectively putting a Bo Jackson on every roster and skewing everything from who makes the team to who gets the scholarship.
Don’t be a sucker. Rand Paul is a duplicitous prevaricator cross-dressing as a concerned libertarian. The POS voted to accept the steal just as his bestest buddy Yertle the Turtle ordered him to do. FURP.
