The new AT age -- "After Trump" -- began on either Election Day, Nov. 3, or on Inauguration Day, Jan. 20. But either way, reality as we had known it for four years has been abruptly reinvented.
Pfizer had hinted that a vaccine could be ready in late October. Then, mysteriously, it wasn't. Then, stranger still, it appeared -- a few days after Election Day.
Suddenly, after Joe Biden's inauguration, Illinois, Michigan and other blue states eased some of their lockdown restrictions to get their economies back on track despite little change in COVID-19 rates.
During the Trump Age, the president was supposedly responsible for every death from COVID-19. Now, the media reports that career scientists and health administrators in the federal government, especially at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, were largely to blame for past slow testing, and were tardy and lax in apprising the nation of the infectious threat.
The Biden campaign's widely reported promises of a new, superior COVID-19 plan turned out to be more of the same old, same old from the Trump Age.
Biden did mandate the wearing of masks on all federal property. But he then immediately undermined his own order during the first few hours on the job by going mask-less during a photo op at the Lincoln Memorial.
Stranger still, President Biden announced during his first few hours in office: "There's nothing we can do to change the trajectory of the pandemic in the next several months."

Anyone who knows politics (and isn’t a “True Beleiving” Leftist knew this was going to happen.
That’s for sure...
I compare a lot of things in life to bicycling in this one way: “You have to enjoy the downhills even though you know the uphills are coming.”
I felt that way during the entire four years, and also knew that it would be another four years before we hit our next downhill.
Except they cheated.
So I was prepared for this, except it’s coming sooner than I expected - and through treachery.
We see it.
I wonder how long — if ever — it will take for the general public to realize how much of a totalitarian state we have become. It happened so fast. The changes so deep. But the media says its all good, so ... [shrug].
As usual, VDH nails it.
It’s also After America, not just After Trump. We’re done and the only chance we have is an appeal to heaven. God help us all.
Our only peaceful option is to take over individual states and nullify DC into irrelevance.
PA - Post America
Our experiment as a sovereign nation with liberty for all is done.
>> But the media says its all good, so
The media is a part of it.
They were in hysterics as the President of the United States repeatedly called them out and smacked them down (but never once censored or jailed them).
This isn’t the “After Trump” Era. They want to project that lie as the truth. This IS the Trump Era. He exposed the fraud of government for all the world to see and they’re desperately trying to put the lipstick back on the pig.
Even something as simple as public education, for example, has no place in a free nation. The idea that you’re going to put education about factual matters in the hands of a government elected by ignorant people should be ludicrous to anyone who gives any thought to it.
It’s not the “after Trump” era. The current regime ran as NOTTRUMP and won. The NOTTRUMP era is the Trump era, because NOTTRUMP is turning into a dystopia of unmitigated proportions. Liz Cheney picked NOTTRUMP and lookeesee what is going on there in her hold muh beer and watch this moment of self-immolation.
We are still very much in the Trump era. The Empire struck back.
Thought VDH was a never-Trumper. He is probably thrilled and hopes to go back to the neo-con, establishment way of doing things.
VDH was decidedly not a Never Trumper. He supported Trump for all 4 years.
D’oh!! Sorry for the double post.
So, if you are one of the millions of Americans that have bought an AR 15 with 10 magazines (capable of holding more than 10 rounds) AND a semi auto pistol with 6 magazines (also capable of holding 10+ rounds), you will owe LOTS of money in federal transfer taxes via ATF Form 1 to the NFA registry (or go to prison):
$200.00 to register your AR 15 or other semi auto rifle
$2,000.00 to register your ten (10) standard capacity AR magazines.
$200.00 to register your semi auto pistol.
$1,200.00 to register your six (6) standard capacity pistol magazines
$270.00 for each double set of passport photos for each ATF Form 1 (assuming $15.00/per pair at Walgreens/CVS)
$180.00 in fingerprints. (In some states, they charge you to do fingerprints, say $10.00 for 2 sets).
~$1000.00 to laser engrave all your magazines compliant with ATF engraving standards
Possibly another fee to visit Sheriff/CLEO to get sign off unless you have an NFA Gun Trust drawn up (Approx $500.00).
Total to unconstitutionally register your 1 rifle, 1 pistol, and 16 standard capacity magazines: ~$5,050.00-$6,000.00
Imagine that; pay $6,000.00 in taxes for 2 firearms you paid, at most, $2,000.00 OR TURN THEM IN OR GO TO PRISON. Yeah. Thats the new America After Trump. Those that don't register? Now they have a BIG fine and federal pen time hanging over you like with the Atkins accelerator turn in, the Striker/USAS-12 Destructive device reclassification, like the shoulder stock ban, etc.
If you get caught with that, you are toast and face ten (10) years in the Federal pen AND a $250,000 fine EACH.
So if they pinch you with the above "arsenal" you'll serve 180 years in prison and be forced to pay $4,500,000.00 in fines alone.
We used to have expost facto and bill of attainder thingys....come on, man!
Fine, we expect it, so let's win back the house and start gathering the evidence now so that on January 6th we can have a "snap" impeachment -. Will the GOP do this, or will they fold, again and again.
