It actually doesn’t look like the same bracelet to me. The white in the shooter picture looks oval. Round in the baseball shots.
If the National Guard was there like the Police Chief Sund wanted, none of this would have happened. The willful negligence of McConnell, Pelosi, and the Sergeant at Arms who refused to act, and ANTIFA who attacked are responsible for what happened. Bailey was stuck in the middle of it. I do not care about anyone's politics who has that kind of situation put on them by the negligence and violence of others.
He’ll be let off thanks to plausible deniability. And no jury except one stuffed with MAGA will convict.
Sorry to break it to you but that’s the fact.
Here’s why.
1. They will say, it was his job and his duty to protect elected officials from all threats and insurrectionists breaking through barricades are definitely within that remit.
2. The gun control lobby will have a field day If the MAGA crowd maintain that even a trained protection officer can’t be allowed to shoot an insurrectionist who’s breaking through doors to get at elected officials.
3. They’ll also throw that in our faces when we talk about arming teachers without that training. Or the next time an “unarmed” black guy gets shot on camera while being obviously harmless and passive. Or where a cop gets a free pass for tresting a reach for a wallet the same as a reach for a concealed handgun.
4. If a black skinned Antifa loon had launched himself through a busted Capitol door and been shot dead the gun loving Trump worshippers wouldn’t even be entertaining the idea that the dead dude was unlawfully killed. That shows howmuch they’re all massive racist, sexist cultist hypocrites.
5. Because it wasn’t just RATs he was protecting, you can’t say the shot was politically motivated.
6. There were some proper insurrectionists on the day... a mix of ANTIFA false flag operators, assorted drunk/stoned anarchists, nd raving Yahoos with trunks full of weapons. Ashli could’ve been one of them.
7. How was the cop supposed to know Ashli wasn’t some Tim McVeigh level lunatic or a suicide bomber? Ask nicely? Wait for a detonation?
I take no pleasure saying this but we’re on another planet if we think any retaliation against this shooter will do anything more than be twisted around.
