The Office of the Former President “will be responsible for managing President Trump’s correspondence, public statements, appearances, and official activities to advance the interest of the United States,” according to a statement.
The office will also “carry on the agenda of the Trump Administration through advocacy, organizing, and public activism,” the statement says.

Kerry was right over there telling the Ayatollahs to ignore anything Trump says, because he won’t be POTUS for long anyway. Why wasn’t he arrested at the airport the moment he got off the plane. That IS the Logan Act.
I was referring to Obama having his “office of the president elect” when he won, just like Joe Biden did. I believe the name Trump picked was to poke fun at both of them for creating their own fake offices when they won. I’m not sure what Obama did after 2016.
