You look over at the Pentagon....tons of leadership and no one is discussing some ‘camp’ to be put up, or mobile FEMA shelters, or such. There’s no ‘script’.
They just know that more protests are coming for the impeachment business, and the Capital Police are just mall-type-door guards. This is all begging for some Kent State-style mess to occur with 20 unarmed Americans shoot down by aggravated/anxious Nat’l Guardsmen.

Chuck Schumer is going to get to the bottom of this? The Guardsmen mentioned in the story were kicked out of the Dirksen Building. That’s a Senate building. Either someone at command levels in the Guard ordered the troops into the garage, which I strongly doubt, or Schumer’s staff did so. Schumer very likely said something like, “Move these guys out, put them somewhere else, we have to get to work here.” One of his senior staff did the rest. Schumer already knows who gave the order.
