They were caught resting in the nearby parking garages. They were deployed to protect the capital from any attack during the inauguration of Joe Biden. The January 6 riot that engulfed the US Capitol was the cause for what could only be described as a military occupation of the city. Luckily, nothing happened when Biden was sworn in as the 46th president of the United States. Yet, for the troops who stood guard, this eviction notice reeked of betrayal (via Politico):
Thousands of National Guardsmen were allowed back into the Capitol Thursday night, hours after U.S. Capitol Police officials ordered them to vacate the facilities, sending them outdoors or to nearby parking garages after two weeks pulling security duty after the deadly riot on Jan. 6.One unit, which had been resting in the Dirksen Senate Office building, was abruptly told to vacate the facility on Thursday, according to one Guardsman. The group was forced to rest in a nearby parking garage without internet reception, with just one electrical outlet, and one bathroom with two stalls for 5,000 troops, the person said. Temperatures in Washington were in the low 40s by nightfall.
“Yesterday dozens of senators and congressmen walked down our lines taking photos, shaking our hands and thanking us for our service. Within 24 hours, they had no further use for us and banished us to the corner of a parking garage. We feel incredibly betrayed,” the Guardsman said.
The news sparked outrage. Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) vowed to get to the bottom of this mess. Other members of Congress sent messages of thanks to the troops while offering their office space as a place for them to rest. Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) delivered food to some of the guardsmen. Sen. Tammy Duckworth (D-IL) appears to have worked hard to ensure all of the guardsmen are cleared from the garage.
Where is the General Officer in charge? What a useless collection of cell growth he/she is.
I would have told the Capitol Police to pound sand, and that they’re staying until their busses arrive.
Rent-an-army. Show us all who’s boss.

The regular military, National Guard, and Reserve forces are being taken OUT of the DC area so the paramilitary Praetorian Guard may be moved in.
“We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives we’ve set. We’ve got to have a civilian national security force that’s just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded,” Obama said in July 2, 2008.
According to President Obama, this civilian force could also be used as another tool for our blessed nation-building efforts from abroad. The administration has been talking about efforts to drastically increase the budget of the State Department as well. Oh, and this civilian force will be funded on roughly the same scale as the military.
This “civilian national security force” is already in its development stages. It is the cadre within the Antifa and BLM ranks, directing the actions of a ragtag mob and using them as their front for “false flag” actions. This was the base that orchestrated the assault on the US Capitol on January 6th.
They are here, people. And they will soon make an open alliance with the PLA of the Communist Chinese Party.
The Capitol Police aren't the problem. The Capitol Police report to the Sergeant of Arms and the Secretary of the Senate, who report to Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. If the Capitol Police ordered the NG out of the congressional office buildings, they did it because they were directed to do so. Ask who gave the order.
Nothing was going to happen on the 20th. This was a TV scam. It would have been cheaper to hire contract actors.
Shame! obviously you never served your country. US Military personnel are not allowed to speak out in public about politics - that’s a career-ender (discharge, possibly dishonorable) or an Article 15 (fines, demotion etc) on their record.
