Plus the logic is flawed. What is presented as "two mutiually alernative possibilities" are not mutually exclusive possibilities.

I'm not claiming Trump incited anything, only that it possible for (independent) pre-plan of some sort and inciteful speech to BOTH occur.

In this case, the uniparty can claim that Trump incided the planners with earlier claims the election was rigged, then egged them on even further on the 6th. In other words, not that the possibilities are mutually exclusive, but that they reinforce the (bogus) charge.
