We received a lengthy letter from Dominion's defamation lawyers explaining why they believe that their client has been the victim of defamatory statements. Having considered the full import of the letter, we have agreed to their request that we publish the following statement: American Thinker and contributors Andrea Widburg, R.D. Wedge, Brian Tomlinson, and Peggy Ryan have published pieces on www.AmericanThinker.com that falsely accuse US Dominion Inc., Dominion Voting Systems, Inc., and Dominion Voting Systems Corporation (collectively “Dominion”) of conspiring to steal the November 2020 election from Donald Trump. These pieces rely on discredited sources who have peddled debunked theories about Dominion’s supposed ties to Venezuela, fraud on Dominion’s machines that resulted in massive vote switching or weighted votes, and other claims falsely stating that there is credible evidence that Dominion acted fraudulently. These statements are completely false and have no basis in fact. Industry experts and public officials alike have confirmed that Dominion conducted itself appropriately and that there is simply no evidence to support these claims. It was wrong for us to publish these false statements. We apologize to Dominion for all of the harm this caused them and their employees. We also apologize to our readers for abandoning 9 journalistic principles and misrepresenting Dominion’s track record and its limited role in tabulating votes for the November 2020 election. We regret this grave error.

I really don't think there is. At this point, if there is proof of widespread election fraud, it needs to be released to the public, in its entirety. Everything I've read and have hinged hope on has been fake news. You don't fold like a cheap suit when the truth is on your side and you can prove it. Apparently, they can't.

Who controlled the Dominion machines? State and county election officials? Is this a case of the tool’s manufacturer being blamed for the action of operators? (Think guns.)

Colonel Phil Waldron testified multiple times in front of different state legislators that Dominion Voting machines were fraudulent. He also said the data packets on election night went overseas, and they tracked and had those packets.
Bingo.
Is this just folding to legal blackmail, or does Amercan Thinker have in their posession proof positive that Dominion stuff works?

I wonder why Dominion hasn’t sued Jovan Pulitzer yet. He’s the one who showed that the machines can connect to the internet and has made outrageous statements about data :

American Thinker caved because they had absolutely no actual proof that the Dominion machines did not work as advertised. Many lies were told about their accuracy and reliability. President Trump, the GOP, and many conservatives should be ashamed of making claims that had no basis in reality.
I do not like that they were able to argue proprietary software to prevent forensic audits. All voting machines should be open source. Only way to have transparency.
Anyone should be able to replicate the results. You know, like science.

The election was stolen from President Trump. This was done through changing the way voting was done across the United States, by not following process in those changes, by overstepping required legislation to do so, by not following requisite guidelines for confirming votes received were processed properly (eg signature confirmation), by introducing the possibility of pervasive election fraud by certain parties, by doing away with the possibility for checking and affirming the integrity of the vote, and several other acts (and lack of action) that cast legitimate doubt on the November 2020 election cycle.
Unfortunately people were concentrating on Krakens, endless breaking stories from Gullible Pundit (or is it Gateway Pundit), lawyers (who are not even working for the POTUS) telling people not to vote in Georgia, when lawyers (these ones legitimately part of the WH) are sweating hair dye or having conferences at wrong venues next to landscaping companies and sex shops, endless theories from Q on top secret information that somehow normal everyday dudes managed to get, gunfights between government agencies in European capitals, affidavits and when one of those ‘star witnesses’ (Melissa Carone) is actually taken in front of a legislature people laugh out loud at how batsh!t crazy she is, etc etc etc.
There was a way to make a serious case on a serious issue that would have won.
Instead people focused on conspiracies, in this case the ‘Italy case’ that has been debunked severally even here on FR.
Really sad! A country was sacrificed on the altar of Liberal evil and Conservative stupidity.
Dominion has billions backing them, the entire democrat party to punish anyone who questions them, and the entire tech industry at their command. Submit or be destroyed.
Though reading the statement it seems over the top in a tongue and cheek way.
But now that the con has been legitimized the democrats will mandate Dominion machines nation wide. Welcome to one party rule. Tyranny is just getting started.
