I have told you. This is about keeping Trump off the ticket in the Future. They know they cheated and they know he’s not dead..

Of course you can. To "impeach" is to make an accusation. The power of the House to do this is not limited by Article II, section 4 which says, "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors."
Obviously, this does not limit the power of the House, it simply specifies the consequences for "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States".
Article I, section 4 says, "The House of Representatives...shall have the sole power of impeachment". Period.
Impeachment in England was not limited to civil officers, and in fact was often used to PREVENT the appointment of persons to high offices.

I don’t think the consititution permits the impeachment of former presidents. It was designed as the means of removing a sitting president, thus: To ahead Clydumb and impeach Biden!
Of course we could see it as an admission of guilt for election fraud and admitting that President Trump is still the president.
These people are insane....or pure evil. Probly both.
I suspect their blind hatred will at least in part contribute to their downfall. I also suspect they will eat each other alive eventually.

Can’t impeach when not in office.
The Democrats are wasting time now or after Biden’s first 100 days impeaching Mr. Trump. He will be out of office in a few days and if Mr. Trump runs in 2024, he will not get past the primaries.
A lot of us voted for him in 2016 as he wasn’t Hillary and we liked what he said he would do to MAGA. Yes, he did some of these goals to make us happy, but his personality was too abrasive, vane and petty for many of us to want him back.
We who are conservative and vote GOP are looking for another candidate who will push the best ways to MAGA and roll back socialism who isn’t as abrasive and feckless as Trump.
Who would beat him?

If president Trump is no longer president, how can you impeach him?
Ex post facto, or Bill of attainder? That’s not constitutional.

You can’t impeach someone who is not the president.
This is all the Republicans doing. They will reap what they have sown...each and every one of them.
That was my point.
But it won’t stop them from trying, because making someone an un-person is what the Soviets did. And do.
All the democrat leadership should be required to have psychiatric exams. Then we can take it from there.
They are already backing off impeachment. They know it will not fly. They may be going for something more dangerous however so hang on to your seats. There is mass activity behind the scenes of deep state, tech and Chicoms coalescing into a battle plan to root out and destroy Conservative patriots, free speech and true Judeo/Christian moral and social rights and standing precedent. We may be sitting ducks but I still feel there is something even greater than they on our side preparing for a counter punch to their evil agenda.

They can only impeach the President, and anyone not the President is not impeachable. I am surprised I have to say this, but, Trump is no longer the president after he leaves office and the House cannot impeach private citizens.
