In the next administration they’ll follow the CCP script by welding the doors shut...maybe even releasing sarin gas.

You have to be careful about the chicken Democrats.

Just like yesterday.

Governor Cuomo of NY was sending in the NY National Guard to Washington, D.C.!

Turns out it is to make flower arrangements.

Democrats will try to bluff you.

That’s because they are cowards.

Cuomo is a murdering coward.

I saw this on a livestream last night. They weren’t locked in their rooms, they just weren’t allowed to leave the hotel, there was a line of police outside who told them they would be arrested for violating curfew if they came outside.

Some people were upset they couldn’t even step outside to smoke a cigarette. One guy was upset they wouldn’t allow him to walk across the street to the hotel he was staying at.

Doors open in. How do you lock anyone in a room like this?

Why? The judiciary is controlled by the left. Plaintiffs will be just wasting their money.

False imprisonment. Swear out warrant and file civil suit.

Surprised BowWow-zer didn’t notify all the Antifa arsonists exactly where they were locked down.

Lawsuits?

Criminal cases.

Locking a person in a room is considered kidnapping or imprisonment and I suspect that even an LEO can’t do it without probable cause.

The mayor certainly can not.

I suspect that he will be charged and that the civil suits will follow after he is convicted.

At any rate, that would be what would happen to you or me.

This after having police stand down while an historic church was burned, businesses were destroyed and monuments vandalized by left-wing terrorist groups.

There are plenty of faggots in DC. Here's a picture of some faggots, one even flaming:

Yep. What a wasted opportunity for the mayor. It makes me think of the church in “The Patriot” with Mel Gibson.

"I am not sure this is true. I did see a police presence outside but to actually lock them in their room deserves some lawsuits"

There is no way to do this unless something is installed or placed outside the door to prevent it from being opened from the inside. This would be placing people in a death trap so no police force would ever do this.

I expect that the leftists will pursue with a vengeance anyone who was at the protest even if they did not enter the Capital building. I also expect quick show trials with harsh sentence for sedition and innocent people who were peacefully assembling will also feel facist justice. It’s payback time

The left will absolutely deliver harsh punishment to those who oppose it. Nonetheless, millions of protesters need to go back to D.C., NOW, with pictures of Ashli Babbitt and signs and blood soaked rags accusing the Democrats, the squish Republicans and the USSC of complicity in her murder. Now is not the time to run. Now is the time to take a stand. How does that saying go? No justice, no peace?

What happens when these people forfeit their airline reservation? I would charge D.C. for the new tickets.

I am not so sure, but then I am not a lawyer.

The way a curfew should work is an curfew is issued. Those who obey it are not punished or inconvenienced because a curfew ordinarily does not prevent one from emergency movement. Such as required medical attention, prescription drugs, escape from burning buildings, etc.

But those who are out with no pressing reason to be out are punished as required.

There is a difference between curfew and imprisonment and they were imprisoned.
