Greg Kelly of Newsmax just played a clip of Trump’s speech from his inaugural in 2016.
I had forgotten the words president had Trump spoken on that day, but what he said in his inaugural speech makes it crystal clear now to me why the elites, the swamp creatures, large corporations and the chamber of commerce types (WSJ included) hates Trump so much.
In summary and paraphrasing, what president Trump said during his inauguration in 2016 was as follows:
“Change starts today. While the elites and politicians have prospered over several years the ordinary working class Americans have suffered. I will be working for you the people and not for the politicians and the ruling elites”.
So Trump threatened to kill their golden goose and that was not going to be tolerated by the powers that be.

I dont get what people expected, for Trump to REFUSE to leave office..we all know the election was total fraud but unfortunately the commies were able to get away with it..unfortunately Trump has to leave office it is what it is he can’t just refuse to leave..God Bless our President, he busted his ass for us and I will continue working hard for him

Was worried when I saw the very disappointing tag but that wasn’t bad. Calm the situation, still vague enough to mean anything. Only just beginning doesn’t sound like he will cower.
I am alright with it. There was no choice, unless he took up arms himself.
Good speech for the current moment. My take away is “our incredible journey has only just begun”. He needs to maintain his viability for 2024 (even though we might be mostly a lost country before then due to illegal immigrants turning into citizens). Time to keep the powder dry. We will live to fight another day.
