Q&A: What happens if the U.S. Senate is equally split after Georgia’s runoffs?...Who runs the Senate, if no party has a majority?
The party that holds the vice presidency. The Constitution makes the vice president the president of the Senate, with the power to cast the decisive vote in cases of a tie.

I hope you are right.
I pray to GOD that you are right.
It is really a moot question. In the morning when the poll workers return there will be than enough ballots pulled from under the table to defeat Perdue as well.
Apparently goes to the Dems and Schumer, as the VP Harris would be the 51st vote.
Yeah right. Manchin is going to bail on the steamroller cheats and gets anything it wants party where you cannot be prosecuted, and move over to the Mitch McConnell feckless, needs a double dose of viagra party that sabotages it’s own President.
Not 50-50. Romney, Collins, Thecowski, etc.
Who controls the Senate in a 50/50 split?
The Swamp.
Look for Manchin to become a Republican.
Why? When he can just name his price. Green New Deal exemption for West Virginia? No problem. Cayman account with $25 million? Done.
I never thought of that! Is there another they could buy?
Who didn’t see the Doug & Kelly disaster coming?
The VP gets to vote in that case...
and if the VP is KarMarLar...
The VP doesn’t matter in a 50-50 split when you have Mittens Romney in the Senate.
With Mitt Romney playing a republican it will be the dems along with Camel Toe in as VP the dems will run the table.
Probably not. Brian Kemp, the gift that keeps on giving. </sarcasm>
Bull 💩
No. He didn’t.
Manchin is owned by Deep State.
The only power Manchin has is given to him at their discretion.
And what Deep State giveth, Deep State can and will taketh away.
Seems there’s a trend amongst politicians (and justices 👨⚖️ f the Supreme Court) hat what the majority wants, the majority gets. No such thing as Government reined in by the Constitution.
Harris will never break a tie.
That POS from Utah will.
The VP.
