People are hyper speculating on the intent behind the tweet.
All eyes will be on Pence!
Our country’s last Hail Mary.
Amen.
I don’t know what is true regarding this whole scenario and the constitution.
But I trust state legislatures to act before I trust pence.
I never understood the pick. He was a complete coward with the whole gay pizza marriage thing. I guess who knew something like this would come up.
I guess he seemed like a level head since some feared Trump not being so back in 2016.
But with God anything is possible though.
So I will keep praying and praying.
“ All eyes will be on Pence!”
Well, if he doesn’t agree with Trump, it might be a good time to test covid positive and quarantine for a couple of weeks. I think that would give the gavel to Grassley. Isn’t Grassley a bit of a fighter?
Experts have been stating this for weeks. There’s a lot of doom and gloom Freepers however who argue Pence does not. Even argue that he should not exercise his legal ability to DQ illegal electors.
Losers.
Trump weakened his case by going to the courts.
Yes Amen. All things to work together for good. Even the race going on in Rotten RINO land Georgia.
Grassley a fighter? Absolutely not. He has already come out against anyone opposing the electors. Grassley is ready to select Joe Biden as president.
The merits of his case still stand. Courts can’t weaken it.
Can you explain? I’m not a Constitution expert.
Where have you gone, Mike Pence?
Our nation turns its lonely eyes to you
Woo, woo, woo
If the VP declares that he has the power and if he rejects the electors, then it becomes a Constitutional issue:
Executive Branch says "He can do that"
Legislative Branch says "He can't do that"
It has to go to the Supreme Court. They cannot dodge it. They have to hear the case. They are the tie-breaker.
And the question remains: "Do we have to accept fraudulent elections in the US?" Is the Supreme Court going to shrug and say "Biggest cheater wins"?
Trump weakened his case by going to the courts.

How so? Had he not gone to court he never would have been able to claim he tried every legal avenue. Had he not gone to court he would have no option, no opportunity to declare martial law or invoke the insurrection act if it comes to that.
This is definitely a fork in the road for this nation (once again).
Pro-America won in 2016.
You might tweet that to the VP.
