Dominion Voting Systems plans to sue attorney Sidney Powell "imminently" for defamation, and it's continuing to explore similar suits against President Trump and others, company founder and CEO John Poulos told the Axios Re:Cap podcast on Monday.
Between the lines: Dominion, which makes the voting machines used in Georgia and elsewhere, has been the subject of baseless accusations of malfeasance during last November's elections.
Dominion says that the rhetorical barrage has led to death threats against its employees, including one who remains unable to return to his home.
Please, please, please sue them.
BS until they file a lawsuit. Discovery is a bitch.
Best way to stop the madness is to come clean.
Bring it on, bitches!
Oh goodie! Then we get discovery. Gotta stock up on popcorn, lol.
Discovery will be a bitch.
RELEASE THE CODE.
Imagine the internal emails and texts. How many devices have been smashed or wiped?
A S0r0$ funded suit?
This clown has been “imminently” threatening to sue multiple people for many weeks. It’s PR stunt. They don’t dare open themselves up for discovery.
This is called the “fog” of war. Dominion gives an air of righteousness, but sells a product riddled with integrity issues. It is not Dominion who is attempting to thwart the will of the people, but those who are intent on using their perfect tool for perfidy.
A name Dominion needs to remember, Jovian Pulitzer. He proved what kind of rigging could be done with a Dominion machine.
Death threats? I doubt it
Eric Coomer will make a swell defense witness
Anyone can sue anyone, with only minor administrative costs.
I can sue the 6:00pm weatherman.
I can sue the City over the spot of a stop sign.
I can sue Hunter Biden for refusing to send me a crack pipe.
I look forward to it.
What could we discover?
1. financial supporters
2. involved politicians
3. other domestic races with manipulated outcomes
5. technical methods
6. names of co-conspirators
I think the list of findings would be long. and interesting.
“Dominion Voting Systems plans to sue attorney Sidney Powell “imminently” for defamation . . .”
Smells like flop sweat.
I never know whether Pulitzer has been shown to be truthful.
The fact these machines were connected to the Internet is like producing a seatbelt that is meant to detach upon pressure.
It’s like producing a car that has software to ignore the application of the brakes.
Votes should not register with an active Internet connection. Malpractice for this field.
