Fact Check: Georgia Senate Masquerades Failed Treasure Hunter as Hacker and Election Security Expert
Secretary Of State of Georgia ^ | Dec 31, 2020 | Secretary Of State Georgia

Posted on 01/02/2021 7:23:36 AM PST by New Perspective

(ATLANTA)-Yesterday, during a Georgia State Senate hearing, failed treasure hunter, J. Hutton Pulitzer, or Commander Pulitzer (no record of military experience), claimed that he had “hacked” Georgia’s voting system.

He then went on to claim that meant that the entire voting system was compromised even though the poll pad, like the poll books which they have replaced, are never connected to the rest of the voting system.

Despite it being found in the past that they are.

That’s generally right. There needs to be proof of the guys claims - though much of it is self-evident.

The SoS is claiming things they don’t actually know either.

Sometimes laws must be followed, sometimes they must be broken.

Yes. And the SoS is a proven liar.

Bear in mind the Governor was the SoS who ordered the machines used to elect him Governor!

What it comes down to is 37 states use the SmartMatic malware or its equivalent. If the Kraken software that makes maps of the internet show the devices and IP addresses (like a common router) captures the device MAC address as well, then it is a simple test to compare against the MAC addresses of the questioned voting machines.

Those two addresses are found in the packets sent thru the iNet. So if a packet sniffer caught the traffic to the servers in Frankfurt, Germany and those MAC ids are found in them, the conclusion is obvious. The machines were connected to the iNet. And that de-certifies them for Fed elections.

Pulitzer should get an award.

The Congressional Representatives and Senators newly (re-)elected from the 37 states using the malware should all be recused (including McConnell and Pelosi) from Electoral College proceedings.

I believe there was a request for that data. I’m looking at his testimony now.
*******
Thanks — much needed. I hope he provides the backup — for his own good to avoid perjury, as well as ours.

Horse shi...

Just use “DEFCON hacking voting machines” as a search string.

You will find pages of links dating back to 2017 that show the machines can be hacked by 12 YOs.

The GA SOS is worried more about keeping his cush/fat cat position than having a clean elections.

I will not be happy until the Georgia SOS is in prison or assumes room temperature.

ASOG’s work absolutely needs to be rechecked...but there is no excuse for the State of Michigan not doing so.

Obviously you did not hear his testimony. He can tell by scanning the ballots if they are legitimate ballots or not. Legitimate ballots are going to have been folded, not once but twice, have been put through a roller to be inserted into envelopes, gone through sorting machines, etc. Watch his testimony.

In case you are unaware of the fact that, hacking is illegal. Saying you hacked it does not put you in jeopardy. Downloading data to prove you hacked into the system would be proof to arrest and convict him. Now if they want to provide him with immunity to prove that he did hack into the system, then I'm sure he would gladly prove to them his claim, by repeating a hack.

But you still steadfastly refuse to answer my question: Why did they roundup and destroy the mail-on ballots on the day he was supposed to scan the ballots and prove if they are valid or invalid ballots? If they ran an honest election, would it not behoove everyone in this nation to know the truth? Why are they afraid of the truth?

Either he hacked the system or he didn’t. If he said he can determine fraud in a couple of hours then let him try.

This is all about the SOS trying to deflect from the fraud and you bought it hook line and sinker.

The issue might be as simple as “Who is going to pay for it?”. You can be sure the state won’t ! Getting it done pro bono might bring in bias questions. Donations to do it? Maybe but again how to answer or at least minimize the “You bought the answer you want !” claim?

It’s not a ‘who is going to pay for it’ question. It’s a ‘the SoS won’t let anyone look at it despite open document laws’ issues.

A GA state official tries to disparage someone as a “failed treasure hunter” in an official document? Even in the opening sentence? What is going on?

Aren’t these people vetted before they are brought to the table? If he had come to me with those claims I would “red teamed” him until it was understood no claim to be made before a committee without an accompanying fact to back it up. Also no speculation unless it’s requested and clearly stated as speculation.

What part of “public testimony before a state legislative committee” do you fail to comprehend? That is what Jovan Pulitzer, regardless of what birth name he was given, was doing. He was VOLUNTEERING his expertise in analyzing the publicly available data.

While doing so, he was interrupted by one of those assisting with the news that they had just gotten the information that one of their specialists had gotten into a piece of equipment at a polling place discovering that it was actually connected to the internet AND simultaneously connected to somewhere in China. Pulitzer made that announcement based on a few seconds of information whispered in his ear. He did not have the technical data at that time. I watched this happen in real time. The comment about the internet/China connectivity was merely an irrelevant interruption to his primary testimony.

Pulitzer’s primary testimony was that he had discovered there was a significant difference between the reference markings on printed ballots among precincts that were primarily Democrat leaning and those which were Republican leaning which would cause the machines to differentiate how those ballots were scanned. These scanning markings should not have such differentiations in a general election in which there were no partisan offices being voted on. This was later validated by photographs showing provisional ballots printed with only the stacks differing by the cover page for Fulton County being marked as either “DEM,” “REP,” or “NP,” and differing scan marks to position the scan readers, yet no county party offices to be voted.

Fulton County Precinct Ballots shown with Party differentiation in stacks!

Ballot extracted from package showing that it is for November 3, 2020 General Election!

Pulitzer was pointing out that the scanning devices, using the registration marks on the printed ballots, would shift the scanning over to the left of the page by about 2mm on ballots in precincts that had high Republican voter numbers, while keeping them in the normal position for high Democrat voter number precincts. <[> This mis-positioning of the scanning of the bubbles may account for the inordinate and actually absurd percentage of ballots (over 60%) that required adjudication (human interpretation of voter intent/ballot alteration or vote replacement) in some precincts in Fulton County before being counted, which in Fulton County was done without partisan monitors’ observation in a closed room environment within the Dominion machines.

The fact that you’re not addressing the other portion of his testimony is unfortunate and telling...

I don’t care if he was in the circus. If they cannot produce 2,473,633 paper ballots for Joe Biden that we can inspect in front of witnesses, preferably on camera, it’s fraud. Period.

As I indicated previously (did you read that?) I don't know the laws regarding destruction and spoliation of ballots in Georgia. I will read up on that.

Right now, I'm focused on his claims regarding getting access to a voting system.
