CHINA has warned Britain and other Western powers off sending warships to the South China Sea, saying it would take "necessary measures to safeguard its sovereignty".
It comes with the UK's newest aircraft carrier, HMS Queen Elizabeth, expected to be deployed to the region in the coming months as part of its first operational mission.
...The ship is expected to join American and Japanese naval forces near Japan’s Ryukyu Islands “as soon as early [in 2021]”, according to Kyodo News.

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has dashed hopes that 2021 will be any better than 2020 by tweeting his support of the Great Reset:

‘Build back better’ is, as Johnson is perfectly well aware, the slogan of the World Economic Forum’s deeply sinister Fourth Industrial Revolution — aka ‘the Great Reset‘ – whose aims include the deliberate crashing of the world economy, the crushing and destruction of small businesses, and the creation of a new cash-free society in which no one (save the technocratic elite) owns private property.
Unfortunately for Johnson, people have started wising up to what Build Back Better actually means.

Johnson has had a similarly unenthusiastic response to a jaunty piece in his old paper the Daily Telegraph in which he claims that this year is going to be one of ‘change and hope’ [hmm. Sounds vaguely familiar] and declares that the UK will lead ‘the world in making green energy and tackling climate change.’

The UK isn’t what it used to be so I doubt that the CCP is afraid of the Royal Navy.
On what criteria do you base that statement? and couldn’t the same be said of the US?

The Chinese always bluff and huff and puff. Calling their bluff is always the right thing to do.
Its all about food you know, China lost all of its crops in the floods and it’s fishing fleet is being sunk plus Australia has grown a pair and is also having embargoes of coal etc.
Toss in Chinese companies being kicked out its really putting China in a corner.

I will stretch my imagination a bit...China might not be introduced to alien technology from...yes, aliens that have been here and Trump has talked to them.

“Take necessary measures” probably just means keeping an eye on them.
It (or rather its then government, in the shape particularly of Chancellor George Osborne) was thinking 'We must cut the budget deficit at all costs'. So all spending budgets were slashed. Defence included, but defence actually got off quite lightly compared with some others. The decision to proceed with the new F35 - equipped carriers remained, despite inevitably leaving a carrier-free gap of some years after the scrapping of the Harrier-equipped flat-tops - a gap which stretched further with various hesitations and delays, both with the ships and the F35s.
This is all just theater for us little people; our government obviously sees Red China as partners when they flood our markets with their cheap toxic goods.
None of this is real, just as painting Russia as an enemy was pure BS: The only way our astronauts get to the international space station is on Russian spacecraft.
Absolutely.. I think that The U.S. is weaker now then then anytime in resent memory..
Our nation is FULL of foreigners who have no allegiance to our country. Many of these are here for no other reason then to plunder..
We've allowed our own young people, the ones that actually go the school, to be completely brainwashed by an educational system that was designed to teach them how BAD and unfair our Country is.. The others are mostly drugged up and useless..
We still remember the 60's when many of our the young military aged men ran off to Canada rather then fight for their country.. I think I would almost be willing to wager that, in these times, as many as a quarter of our young folks would join the enemy... :(
As we ALL know, with Kamela and Obiden taking over the Nation, our situation can only get EVEN WORSE..
