1) Just finished a discussion with a pro-Trump congressional source on procedures. Very high.
2) On Jan. 6, all that is needed is 1 senator (Hawley) and 1 Congressman (Brooks) to bring an objection to an elector slate (almost certainly AZ, since that will be the first contested.
3) The rules are made by the previous congress; the laws already in place bind the procedures.
4) Pence has no authority on his own to accept or reject any slate. According to source, he will turn to the Parliamentarian for a ruling on how to proceed.

Video of the proceedings on 1/6/17 when Biden was presiding. Right out of the gate, Alabama’s votes got an objection because “not legally certified” and of course “Russia!” which elicited much booing. Biden then said the objection had to be in writing and signed by a member of the House and by a senator. No senator had signed it so “the objection can not be entertained.” This was followed by other objections with the same result. Incidentally Biden clearly had more of his marbles then than he does now.

Every time an American looked at an item for where it was made in it came from China. Would a runaway plague created by a nation which could threaten populations of an enemy cause them to react by demanding extreme restriction of movement by its population to prevent its spread ? Thus wind up fragmenting its economy and create defeat for that leader’s upcoming election

Nobody in office can be expected to do anything courageous. Their duty is to hearken to the expressed will of the people, and for lack of better, that lies in the counted votes.
Now, if the will of the people were made loud and clear some other way -- the officials would yield to that. We the people should do whatever we can to make our will understood by our public servants. Turn out and protest, refuse to support a corrupt government with our tax dollars. If enough people make enough of an impression, we will prevail. But waiting for politicians to do the right thing is like voting for politicians -- it's futile.

If I read this correctly, BOTH chambers must pass the rejected slate, if not the original slate (Biden’s) will be counted.

Our only hope is with the state legislators. Luckily all those legislators etc. can be recalled. If Trump loses his job, they lose theirs. And justice must be swift!
Low density defensive/offensive operation plan for post installation of Communist government in USA:
1. Tannerite in large quantities placed in large fire extinguisher bodies, placed in strategic locations around your property.
2. Range cards and rifle locators that bring rounds to those targets day of night without aiming. (Think T&E of machine gun positions in defense.)
3. Map of neighbors who oppose Trump and freedom. These are your initial objectives. Plan night maneuvers to render inoperative, and take over those stores of food.
4. Establish communication chains with friendly neighbors, develop defensive plan for 24/7 security. Do not plan on long term electronic means.
5. Within your immediate neighborhood arrange a 24/7 security rotation, including ROE for bogies and signals to alert all friendlies in case of mass attack.
6. STAGE REHEARSALS. develop contingency plans.
7. Reach out to friendlies on borders of your defensive perimeter on all sides and coordinate signals/frequencies/passwords, etc. Practice passage of lines between defensive zones.
My neighbors and I know what trees come down to block access, schedule of guard duties, passwords, etc. Better late than never FRiends.
