Ok, I gave you the benefit of the doubt. And I couldn’t find anything phony, I tried hard but couldn’t find it even after looking back 20 years.
Your first accusation of him not using his real name is followed by your general accusation that he is phony.
I checked his Wikipedia (https://wikipedia.jovanhuttonpulitzer.org) and it says his BIRTH NAME is Jovan Hutton Philyaw. But there is no mention of him using a fraudulent name, so one has to ask the question why would he be using a name that is not his birthname? The answer is likely the same as hundreds of thousands of others, he was adopted, his mother remarried, he for whatever reason wanted to change his name, etc. This does not imply that he’s a phony just because he doesn’t use his BIRTH NAME. In fact, it makes you look bad because your accusation is without foundation. Shame on you.
Secondly I checked some of his patent history, and he indeed does hold important patents. Here is one in his name alone:

So he’s not phony in his technological work. In fact, he’s brilliant.
Now I did see something in passing that he likes to explore, actual physical traveling explorations and there is a critic’s piece about his 1st Century ‘Roman Sword’ found off of Nova Scotia. In this piece, the author writes:

So this doesn’t conclude Jovan is a complete phony as you say “and everything else about him is phony”.
So you got two strikes against you and a questionable criticism that I found.
I would say you need to look at yourself in the mirror if you can stomach it. If you’re a Biden supporter, I can see how you want to discredit someone that just turned the tables on Biden’s criminal network. In fact, the only person related to this discussion who is indeed a complete phony is Joe Biden himself.

Adoption in the US is full of legalistic entanglements and is filled with White Privilege restrictions and so forth such as if you’re White Caucasian Christian you must adopt the black African Somalian kid and respect the child’s Muslim heritage, etc. It’s a politically correct nightmare by design.

Thank you that was very helpful. It seems the counting of elector votes and the objection to the votes is based on US Code.
Doesn’t seem possible for Nancy & Mitch to block objections without violating US law.
When the House votes on the objections, is it by member or delegation? I have seen both.
Also, if votes are thrown out and neither has 270 does the candidate with the majority of electoral votes win? Or does it go back to the House for a vote by delegation?
