Its my understanding that there were more than enough people “registered” to vote for the total Pennsylvania certified however, the number on record of people who actually voted is over 200,000 less than what was certified.

Well....here is how I heard it.
Ireland has very strict adoption laws.

A claim was made that Pence would throw out all the votes of the contested states, leaving both candidates without a majority. Then the vote would move to the House.
