Hopefully after the media attention, the public will reach out with contributions and they will be able to afford a DVD player.
Not solely to the family but not excluding them either. There is a likelihood there is more to the story. It almost always filters out after the sensational headlines.

I fail to see the correlation here. Unless using experience and waiting for all the facts to come out is your idea of submission to government manipulation.
This is why the masks are required. There are lots more people who buy into the mask nonsense than FReepers care to admit. If there are more people who believe in the masks that not, the businesses will choose to inconvenience the minority than the majority. If the business seems uninterested in enforcing the mask policy, the mask believers will stop going there.

If the cops were really the good guys, they could have delayed their response 90 minutes or so until the movie was over.
My dad was a cop (and a good guy too). Still, they get an "Investigate a disturbance call" and don't know what it is until they get there. Usually, by then it is two aggravated parties each demanding opposite outcomes.
That particular type of call (domestic dispute) results in more risk to cops than any other type.
