Doesn't seem to have "created" jobs locally, and it just so happens to burn down on Election Day. They received four shipments between May and October from China, one was a power distribution module from a "sportings goods company" (Shanghai Temposk8 Sports Co., Ltd.) and two for pre-fab buildings from Laizhou Dingrong Steel. The fourth shipment is another mystery. I can't find any info on the other shipment.
