The man identified as a person of interest in the Nashville Christmas Day bombing gave his house away for nothing a month before the blast, DailyMail.com can exclusively reveal.
Anthony Quinn Warner, 63, signed the property away via a quitclaim deed to Lisa Swing, a 29-year-old woman living in Los Angeles, for $0.00, according to county records.
Quinn’s signature does not appear on the November 25th transfer and she told DailyMail.com she knew absolutely nothing about it.
FBI agents swarmed the $160,000 property on Saturday morning in their hunt for the mystery RV driver behind the devastating blast outside Nashville’s AT&T building.
They did not identify a suspect but unmarried Quinn has been named in media reports and a vehicle matching the one used in the bombing is seen parked up beside the two-bed house in Google street view images.
‘In the state of Tennessee you can deed property to someone else without their consent or their signature or anything,’ Swing told DailyMail.com
'I didn't even buy the house he just deeded it over to me without my knowledge. So this all very weird to me, that’s about all I can say.'
Swing declined to say whether she had ever met Warner or whether she had family links to him, adding: ‘I've been told to direct everything else to FBI.’ ...

Illegitimate daughter maybe?
Curiouser and curiouser. Most curious is how information is coming out in dribs and drabs.
I don’t trust any of it.
The MSM? Hardly.
The FBI? Tell me another one.
Politicians? Ha!
What’s taking so long. Why hasn’t the media said she voted for Trump? Perhaps they don’t see the need anymore?
He actually gave her two houses. One valued at $160k and another one, in the same neighborhood, valued at $269k..
The media is the enemy, never trust them you will never get any truth from them ever
Interesting 🤔 possibility. I hadn’t thought of that.
She looks a lot like his high school picture. I’m betting either a niece or daughter
Just like in the case of the Las Vegas shootings, we may not ever know the real story. After a few years when the trail becomes colder, it is best to sit down and shut up.
The Keystone Bureau of Investigation will never find a reason.
Crazy.....Or ordered to take one for the team?
Would like to know his employment record and finances. Like the shooter in Las Vegas, I wonder if he has a strange financial history.
Weirder than a thirteen dollar bill.
Fits a narrative of a suicidal person giving away all their earthly possessions prior to the act.....
Why her? With a mentally unstable suicidal person, it could be anything....she could be an unknown relation or just the girl down the street that was kind to him once...
This does make a certain amount of sense. He could be trying to help her get out of CA. Though at some point, these homes would have to be made known to her.
She doesn’t even have to know she is his daughter for him to try to help her, though I am guessing she does have some idea she has a father in TN, even if she never much talked to him.
He doesn’t even have to be really be involved in the bombing for this to make sense. He could just be a bit of a weird guy who makes the perfect patsy.
Maybe he doesn’t think he is going to live long for reasons having nothing to do with the bombing and wants to get things ready for her or maybe he has other reasons for wanting to get assets out of his name.
This was out yesterday.......photos of the Quick Claim Deed on Parler and Twitter.
Doesn’t matter though.......won’t help save the conspiracy kooks from themselves because now we have people 100% sure it was a Drone Missile...........the eye witnesses of course were already gotten to and paid off.
Though it fits the profile you mentioned..
Is not the FBI the builders of profiles the history later finds are lies.
This stinks like the Vegas BS.
Dribs and drabs of an ever increasing story that never quite fits together but points away from what’s behind the curtain.
All the makings of a good conspiracy novel. A person in late mid-life receives a terminal diagnosis from his doctor, and begins getting his estate in order. Despite ongoing treatments, he continues to get worse and makes sure his will is in good order, gives things away to those he loves, and then one night he is kidnapped, bound up in his RV, which has been laden with explosives, and is blown to smithereens.
Later the FBI finds a "suicide note," and all is written off and forgotten as the desperate acts of a dying, lonely man with an axe to grind.
Until one day a shadowy man meets with the doctor in a booth in a noisy diner, slips the doctor an envelope and says, "Thanks for your help on this one."
Not long after, the doctor, while out jogging to maintain his own health, becomes the victim of a hit and run.
“Just like in the case of the Las Vegas shootings, we may not ever know the real story.”
I was thinking the same thing. The FBI and the MSM did a horrible job of investigating the crime and reporting the results to the public (on purpose IMO).
Odd dribble of info.
