CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Police Department has blocked off several streets downtown after an RV with its engine running was reported to authorities.
Police officers are at the scene near the Federal Building on 6th Street to investigate after the RV was reported to them by security.

The van was clear and released. You can avoid downtown Cincinnati for all the normal reasons.
