There is no judicial precedent for it, there is no statutory provision for it. the federal constitutional provisions are clear and well known, but only apply when no candidate has 270 EV.

The only “re-run” of an election I am aware of was a congressional race in North Carolina in 2018 in which the incumbent 1 term Republican had hired a consultant who manipulated absentee ballots illegally, to a degree such that the NC state election commission ordered a special election.

One side would agree to a revote in those states but, unfortunately, the other side would not. That side knows full well that fraud was rampant and that they would lose in an honest revote. The honest side would agree to it but the dishonest side would not. Maybe they will change their minds when CW2 is well underway? Maybe they don’t realize that it is either a revote or a revolt? Maybe!
