Now, everybody remembers how Hillary and the media pushed Trump to say that he would concede if his opponent got more votes in 2016. And then again He was pushed by even more people to say he would concede if his opponent got more votes in 2020..

And now that there is no concession what are they doing, threatening to have him removed or drag him out by his hair.

Well Well Well, If Mr Jones is right, we now understand their very public demand for an answer before both elections. "will you concede"

And now that he has not conceded, they are in a panic. They know what's coming and that the Republicans out number them. The swamp in both camps are circling and demanding alliance. They know this is coming into their chambers and They will have to choose between the people with their real votes or side with the swamp and ignore the people. Their latest stimulus proposal clearly demonstrated where their loyalties are. When they are given the duty to conduct a vote among themselves to resolve this, there won't be enough republicans who can or will vote for Trump. The swamp will have to be culled and prune of its most corrupt members.

As this drama has played out, it is now clear that every step denied was not defeat. Instead it is a sad disappointment revealing how deep and wide our state of corruption really is. Sad, because many of them have chosen a very harsh consequence while thinking this election had already been decided and there shield restored. They are boldly and blatantly displaying their true nature and it will get uglier. It will get violent.

I now have a greater respect for every members of the Trump legal team and the independent teams who have worked like soldiers on a battle field. They wanted for this to be resolved at the local level, the state courts and the federal courts if need be. But they understood that they didn't need to win. The weight and frequency of the charge left unchallenged, undisputed, uninvestigated was all that was needed for Trump to carry this past Jan 20th where the unresolved charge of election fraud would nullify the entire election and force it into congress.

More importantly, By not conceding, the entire sham that we call the will of the people will be exposed as we get to see the real election take place. As Mr Van Jones laid out for you in his video.

They have no constitutional ability to remove him. and now the courts have set precedents that will become the defense should anyone challenge through the courts. As long as he is commander and chief, it would be a critical error to try and put a hand on him.

I am not sure if we will see wide spread arrests and convictions. But if he doesn't concede, Jan 6th will indeed be wild.....

Wrong - Impeachment by the House and Conviction by the Senate is still in the Constitution. If Trump tries to remain in office without a court ruling on the fraud and stolen election, they can and will Impeach and remove.

Concession is just a term describes a public admission that one has been defeated with the expectation that the loser will be a “good sport” and offer “best wishes” to the winner as well as exhorting all Americans to unify under the new leadership in an act of trust and hope. It means nothing legally.

Trump has said that after all options have played out, if he is shown not to be the legal president, then he will leave. He doesn’t have to legally do anything else but just quietly leave the White House! He doesn’t have to kiss Biden’s saggy boney hiney in the process by means of some sort of public “concession speach”.

Third party won't work. He should establish the MAGA wing of the Republican party. Establish a governing set of principles that all members must support. And then tell his supporters to blitzkrieg every single county and state Republican apparatus, take them over and expel non supporters and purge existing establishment office holders. With his number of supporters it will be easy and quick. The midterms will be all MAGA, the House retaken, the whore President can be impeached and removed and Trump can serve the final two years and still run for re-election.

Bingo - conceding or not conceding means absolutely nothing. The person who gets the required number of electoral votes becomes president after whatever legal process/challenges takes place - if its not Trump who gets the most, then his term ends at a given date/time - there is nothing in the constitution that would allow him to stay - everyone knows that, except the press I guess.

Absent an invalidation of the election results, Trump will no longer be president at noon on January 20th so there is no need to impeach.

If he remains in office, he will be the de facto office holder. We are in uncharted territory - but the fact remains that the Constitution will still be in play. The House and Senate will hold a vote to Impeach and Convict within a couple of days, and this will give them the legal and Constitutional cover to take whatever action they want. The Deep State will be unleashed, and it will either be Civil War or chaos.
