They have no constitutional ability to remove him. and now the courts have set precedents that will become the defense should anyone challenge through the courts.

Wrong - Impeachment by the House and Conviction by the Senate is still in the Constitution. If Trump tries to remain in office without a court ruling on the fraud and stolen election, they can and will Impeach and remove.

Absent an invalidation of the election results, Trump will no longer be president at noon on January 20th so there is no need to impeach.

Re: "If Trump tries to remain in office...they can and will Impeach and remove."

That raises an interesting legal question.

How do you impeach and remove a person - Trump - who will NOT be the President on 20 January 2021, according to the Electoral College?

Every state and federal court has set the precedent that NO person or entity has standing to challenge the election results.

The obvious question - who has standing to AFFIRM the election?

No one - as far as I am concerned.

...they can and will Impeach and remove.

Which is a dilemma! How do impeach and remove a president, when the claim is that he is NOT the president?

Mr. Trump, for most of his life, has lived outside of government and it would be hard to fault him for simply getting tired of it and walking away. He doesn’t need the paycheck or the hassle.

But, you’ll have a hard time convincing me that he should be removed if he did choose to stay, impeached or not.

Joe could set up a government in exile in his basement, and we can re-vote again. Tell ya what, I’ll go two outa three.

Hopefully, arrests on Jan 6 will be the “wild” Trump referred to.

But here’s thought regarding impeachment. Impeachment is how you remove a president. How do you impeach a man you will not officially recognize as The President. Until he is declared by “THEM” to be president, they have power of impeachment.
