Joe Biden's niece Caroline receives zero jail time after pleading guilty to DUI

Usually, three brushes with the law can invoke serious punishment.

Not for Caroline Biden, 33, who is the niece of presumptive President-elect Joe Biden.

On Dec. 3, she pleaded to a charge of driving under the influence and driving without a license after she slammed her car into a tree in Pennsylvania in August 2019.

According to the New York Post, the official record of her case says she faced “confinement” that could range from 20 days to six months.

But Biden, 33, won’t actually be locked up, the Post reported.

She instead faces five-plus months of probation, according to the Post; 20 days of rehab in January counted toward her sentence.

“She will be on probation … Should she then violate or break the law at any time, then she will be on the hook for the rest of the sentence,” Kate Delano, a spokeswoman for the Montgomery County district attorney's office, told the Post.

No accountability when it comes to high level government employees - which is why the corruption gets worse every day.

I’m a municipal court judge in one jurisdiction and a city prosecutor in another. You wouldn’t believe the number of judges, city officials’ relatives, etc. who come to my court expecting me to just dismiss their speeding, etc., tickets because of who they or their relatives are. I had a freelance court reporter come in and say that because she’s an “officer of the court”, I should show her “professional courtesy” and dismiss her speeding ticket. Nope.

If I legally change my last name to Biden, would I still have to pay federal and state taxes? It just might be worth a try.

White liberal ‘elites’ cheat... they don’t have to play by the rules because the system is corrupt in their favor.

And they know it.

I believe it, I have up close witnessed the expectations of high up elected officials. They actually believe they are a special class. It's human nature, they are treated as royalty, not public servants who work for us.

Hmmmm. Perhaps you could have a future in gold mining in Brazil. No doubt you’re well versed in that right? I probably could qualify since I’ve been watching GoldRush for years and actually saw Dave Turin at a mining convention in Reno a few years back. LOL!

My dad was a District Court Judge and that connection gave me plenty of breaks as an idiotic teen driver, more times than I can count. One day, when I was in my 20's, I tried to pull the "daddy card" on two sheriff's deputies. They mocked me to each other and threw the book at me. That's the day I FINALLY grew up.

Get 'em, Your Honor!

About 20 years ago, I forced a Superior Court Judge in the State of Washington to go into alcohol rehab. He did 8-12 weeks in a weekend rehab facility. I had a case in front of him and was pretty obnoxious in front of him because he was corrupt.

Had about eight attorneys tell me that he was often drunk while siting on the bench in the afternoon. I faxed a letter to the CJ of the State Supreme Court the next Monday, and the Judge cancelled all his Friday morning motion dockets “until further notice.”

You comment reflects the thinking of at least 80 million Americans. That frame of mind does not bode well for any society.

Biden is immune from punishment. She will continue her behavior because there are no penalties. Someone will die.
