Trump ought to call on the military and have them standing by just outside of the doors of congress, if they don’t do what’s right and by the book, arrest them for treason. And arrest the traitor in the States too that have not been doing stuff by the book. Even if Trump did this and prevailed in the election fraud, Congress would impeach, and this time, remove him for the act you describe.

It would be difficult for members to do that from Gitmo.

Congress might impeach, but they can’t remove him. Senate might, depending on what the GOP/RAT breakdown will be, but they all have to answer to their constituents.

You have a lot to learn about martial law Grasshopper. Congress won’t be in session and neither will SCOTUS.

Congress cannot remove him. That falls upon the Senate. Even if the two feckless senators in Georgia fail at re-election, Pence breaks a tie in the Senate.

If the House can't meet on Jan. 3rd, it can't name a Speaker, can't participate in a joint session of Congress, can't impeach, etc. POTUS would have 17 days to clean things up. Jan. 3rd is the key date here. So come early for the President's request.

Difficult to impeach when using the very laws that CONGRESS enacted... and gave to the President. The political process of impeachement is not.... judicial without actual crimes being described. The use of military is within Executive Powers given by Acts of Congress to the Executive.

Which is why this isn’t about an election but a takeover of our country by communist who have weaponized out laws against us.

If he invokes the Insurrection ACT first there won’t be any basis to impeach him on whatever he does. His powers under the Insurrection act are exceedingly broad; the operable phrase being of a “whatever may be necessary” flavor.
