Side note: The courts (viz. the SCOTUS) would still be able to reverse it up to January 15th, IF they had united courage and overall integrity.
And as I have said repeatedly, the two solutions you propose both toss the Constitution into the trashcan. And neither one is something I would ever support. So one man rule or commie takeover, whichever one is is I will oppose it.

My little ace in the hole is a kashi no bo, just a joint of bamboo used in Japan for street fighting. Close up hand-to-hand it’s devastating and intuitively obvious how to use. But it goes through metal detectors and pat down searches because it doesn’t look like anything but a joint of bamboo, which is all it is.

For better or for worse, if I understand correctly, Free Republic is a site for open discussion and the 1st amendment applies to all equally, as long as one isn’t being profane, lewd or otherwise beyond the pale.
So generally speaking, it’s best instead to point out specifically why a troll’s argument is weak and why they are mistaken. The most effective way to shut them up is to demonstrate EXACTLY why and how they are so wrong.

I plan to drive fourteen hours to the Metro, head to DC until we are disbursed and head home. I will probably get a hotel room three or four hours into the trip back home. I am not going to bother trying to get a hotel room there.

You said it - if! We’ve already seen that they don’t.
The data analytics/statistical analyses are very convincing that there was widespread and coordinated fraud. The very reason why so many ballots only had votes for Biden, and not down-ticket races also is because it’s hard to get the party balances convincing and yet still have enough votes to overturn the totals: it’s MUCH easier if you only have the top ballot to worry about. Don’t you know that many of these fraud counties had more than 100% of eligible voters vote? Because once you start getting into the details by precinct, the fraud becomes easier to expose. Remember that at least two counties have had their results reverse now, after audited recounts where it was permitted to get controlled testing done on the Dominion machines.
Separately, Coffee county would not certify their recount because the election night results were IMPOSSIBLE to reproduce. This is strongly indicative of fraud.
1) We have proof that large numbers of ballots were moved across state lines. (See Amistad Project’s press conference)
2) We have video evidence that shows explicit fraud in Georgia because a) they lied about the water main leak to get observers & the press out of the room, b) they announced they were stopping the count and told all but five workers to go home c) this time frame matches exactly to the statistically impossible run of votes almost purely for Biden, d) they had trunks/cases of ballots hidden out of sight that were then processed AFTER observers were safely out of the way, e) based on the video, they ran the same ballots through more than once, f) the counts on USB drives appear to have been changed, and at least one USB drive appears to have been handed off between conspirators
3) We have affidavits that indicate the postal service was used to mingle the mass faked ballots into the process
4) Across all six states, Republican observers were harassed, kicked out, kept a hundred feet (or more) away and otherwise prevented from properly observing the process. Democrat observers were treated differently. The counters, by their behavior - such as cheering when a Republican observer was removed - were partisan activists.
5) WHY did they pause counting simultaneously in all six of the battleground states? So they could calculate how many votes to fake.
6) WHY did Biden do atrociously in all the “bellwether” indicator states that have previously in other years forecasted Presidential wins/losses? Why did he do TERRIBLY in all counties across the USA, EXCEPT for the key big cities where votes were manufactured/faked?
...and much MORE, but I’m tired.

I think either two things are going to happen.
1. Trump packs up and leaves for FL. Biden is allowed to fraudulently take office and all Hell breaks loose over the next few months. They can’t let Trump run in 2024 so his life will be constantly threatened in addition to the 75-80 million furious republican voters. That anger is not going away.
2. The current legitimate President takes executive action in a coordinated way with our military and intelligence agency which are basically one in the same at this point and rectifies the 5 state fraud. 5 states doing almost exactly the same thing at the same time could easily be identified as a conspiracy by the way.
So I pick door number 2 and yes I believe it is distinct possibility that Trump will go with executive action especially now that this cyber attack through Solar Winds has been thrown in the mix.
Martial law by its very definition is tyranny on some level. That’s a given. And why you don’t want to run with it until all else fails.
