The more important date is Jan. 3. We need to not recognize the Congressional elections and demand revotes in places where there was obvious fraud, especially the House. Flip six seats and Dems don’t control the House. I am convinced that denying the legitimacy of these elections is the key to this whole mess. So, I think POTUS needs to call forth the militia for Jan. 3rd, and if they stay in DC for a few more days, like the protestors at the Maidan in Kiev, so be it.

Even if Trump did this and prevailed in the election fraud, Congress would impeach, and this time, remove him for the act you describe.

If the House can't meet on Jan. 3rd, it can't name a Speaker, can't participate in a joint session of Congress, can't impeach, etc. POTUS would have 17 days to clean things up. Jan. 3rd is the key date here. So come early for the President's request.

The vote is on Tuesday, January 5, right? You vote early, then drive to DC. How hard is that?
