If evidence is produced that the election rigging affected many races “down-ticket” and invalidates the assumed democrat majority in congress, I don’t think it would require a “military dictatorship” to overturn any action by congress. Evidence that is provided will be the key. What exactly was the extent of the election corruption? I suspect it may even have been rigged to favor some of the Republicans (McConnell?) and when it is revealed that both parties were impacted, this could have a big impact upon the people of America?
If it isn’t an armed revolt is will be waste of time.
Or any other court either I would assume. Not for the foreseeable future, probably for years.
